We believed him and stored the shrink wrapped boat. At the beginning of this summer, we got the boat in the water and learned that several of the repairs that we paid for as having been done weren't! When I told the owner, he acted put out and then told me it would cost another $250 to get some additional work done-although we had already paid him! I wouldn't trust what he tells you and would advise anyone needing boat repairs to go somewhere else. In my experience, Rich is a dishonest person.

He went through all of the possible checkpoints in an efficient but thorough manner, which really made us feel assured that he cared about our class A. He discovered that the reason neither our coach or chassis batteries had power, was due to a dealer mistake of wiring out coach batteries improperly, which in turn ended up killing all three of our batteries! Had Chris not found this error, we might have bought new batteries and ended up with the same problem again. I was so impressed, I have already put my name on the list for some small changes I want done and as well as my fall winterization. Maine Mobile RV was fast, friendly, professional, and honest. All things lacking in some business today. Thank you Chris Barter, and know that you have gained a customer for life! While I waited, several people who obviously knew Robert (owner) came in to pick up their cars. A good sign that there are returning customers! It took a while, but that was also because my car failed inspection. Robert walked me through what the problem was and assumed that I would take it to the mechanic in Cushing that I had referenced earlier. I appreciated that he gave me the opportunity to shop around. I definitely didn't have time for that though and said I'd just go ahead with him. He was able to fit me in the next day, though only one of the parts came in so it took two days. He apologized for it (it was the part suppliers fault) and honestly, I just assumed it would take forever to get parts, just like everything else right now so I'm still pleased. He gave me consistent updates and has great communication. Berubes offers a shuttle service, which I used and the driver was so nice- we saw a kid fall on the ice downtown and she stopped to make sure he was okay. I feel great about using this local business and will continue to use their services. Robert also told me to never get rid of my Honda, which I always like to hear!
