Called MidCoast, they got to us at our RV park at time they said they would. Figured out the issue, had to order part from manufacturer (we crossed our fingers and toes that it would not take weeks for the part). A few days later the part arrived and Midcoast let us know when they would be back with us to fix the part, again arrived on time, installed the part and our fridge worked again. Highly recommend MidCoast RV for repairs!

We called Joe from J&D RV service because of, what we thought, was an electrical problem. The…read moreactual cause of our problem was the fact that we didn't know how to properly use the thermostat settings. When Joe showed us, we felt really dumb, but in good humor, he laughed along with us.He then proceeded to check other things like the oven, stove top, tec. to be sure all was in working order. Rather than charge up his usual service call fee, he gave us very big discount. The A/C in our trailer is working just fine, lights are on, and we hab=ve new contact should he ever be needed again. I am a member of the Rinker Boat Owners Forum. Will from Moose Landing Marina posted on the forum…read morethat he had a slightly damaged part that he was willing to give away for free. This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!
