I had this place winterize my 35' Class A. They cross threaded the hot water heater anode which resulted in me having to replace the entire heater. Of course I didn't find this out until I went to winterize it myself a year later. Also, they didn't blow out and winterize the water line that fed the ice maker. It burst but didn't find that out until the next season when I had water coming out under the fridge. Stay away from these guys. read more

In August of 2016 I purchased a travel trailer built by Forest River a 2015 leftover model. The travel trailer was brand new. I was very happy with how we were treated when we purchased the camper however when I had to bring the camper in to have the shower floor repaired because it cracked and was leaking water all over the campers bathroom I brought the camper in in April and never get it back until July. I was never called to say what the holdup was and every time I called which believe me was many I was never given a reason except Forest River has not sent the shower and they're very busy this time of year. We were to leave Maine and head for North Carolina on the 16th of July fortunately the shower stall came in it was repaired and properly installed so that an adult size person of normal weight does not fall through the shower floor. The job was done to our satisfaction with the exception of Grease marks on my wall in the bathroom which do not come off and several grease marks on the bathroom floor which did finally come up with a lot of bleach water added to it. Prior to our leaving we needed to order a refrigerator shelf that goes on the door. We ordered that in July today's date is November 2nd 2017 we still do not have the refrigerator shelf. Because of a death in the family we remained in Maine and in October placed an order at Mountainside RV Center in Sabattus Maine and received the refrigerator shelf within 2 working days. Why did is a busy place they work not only on RVs but also on Peterbilts however I do not recommend getting your service done at Whited RV. Although I've never had actual service done on my travel trailer through Mountainside RV in Sabattus I will make sure that is exactly where it goes next time something needs to be done. read more
