We brought our new to us camper van in to have it inspected for water intrusion coming in both sides by the upper windshield and above doors. It was stained on both sides on the upholstery and wet and leaking when we brought it in. The service attendant saw the problem areas and took photos for the technicians. They called and said despite using a hose above the leak to find where the water was coming in, they found no leak and said the area was 'bone dry'. We picked it up and found they were going to charge us $199 for the time. I protested the fee and they agreed to split the cost, which was very good of them. The next day at home I climbed on the roof to find cracked and missing caulking on three areas of the van roof, around the vent fan, bathroom vent and AC unit. Most probably the technicians failed to look very carefully and/or were not very interested in finding the leak. Props to the service team, but I will be avoiding having the shop do any further work. read more

If I could give them NO starts I would ! The service department is a JOKE. We had damage to our camper from a tree while camping in OOB, the company wanted to use Seacoast RV in Saco we agreed (BIG mistake) we're told they were going to send photos of the work and update us through the process they never did nor would they give us any updates when we would call. They did fix the roof but showed up to still moisture in the floor and then try to clean the mold off the carpet after we asked for a new one. Go anywhere be there!! Worst customer service ever !! read more

I am sending this review because I can not say enough about the wonderful technician named Thomas that was sent out to my RV yesterday and Hid'n Pines Sun Outdoors He was very knowledgeable and was so helpful and took the time to explain each issue. Seacoast RV is my #1 place to go. Thank you Thomas for being so kind and helpful. Seacoast RV is lucky to have you working for them. read more

I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. I brought my RV to them in July and told them that I would need it in 3 months. Despite several reminder calls, the repair was not done at the end of 3 months and they wanted to charge me $1500 for "evaluations" done by them. I took the RV home, obtained the part the next week, and did the repair myself in 7 minutes ( I timed it). The other job that they said was done by them during the time they had it was not done and I performed this repair also, at home. I will not be going back to them for anything. read more

Poor customer service. Called for winterization service and scheduled an appointment. They winterized my RV didn't sign a contract or anything. Was charged for the service. Upon opening my RV for spring I noticed it was leaking water. They cracked my expansion tank due to poor winterization and will not repair or replace the parts needed to fix it. They are completely rude and have horrible customer service! They told me to review the invoice. The invoice was paid in full and in little writing out work is not warranted cause after the first frost or 10/31. None of which was mentioned or I wouldn't have had them do it. read more

Helpful friendly staff. Shelves are stocked with amazing items for camping needs. Beautiful Park Models available on site as well.

We were at The Springfield Massachusetts RV show when I came across the Seacoast RV area and spotted a Winnebago travel trailer that was perfect for us. We were looking to trade our trailer for a different floor plan and there it was. We met with Hannah who went over everything and was able to negotiate a fair trade for our trailer. In the following weeks we were able to get our trailer to Maine where we sealed the deal. Thanks to Hannah, Brittany, RBR,and Kennny for their outstanding professionalism. read more

Having just stayed at this campground I can recommend it to others. The campground is located so that it is close to beaches, rest and other venues. The campground is clean and well maintained. The sites are ample for just about any size rig but some sites are better than others. We did not like our site on the road curved corner because a portion of it got cut off due to the curve making it feel much smaller. The road in the campground is tight when trucks and cars are parked along it but if you navigate carefully you can get by. Overall it was a nice stay. Two negatives: The first is the price of the laundry. It is expensive for its use. I, in fact, think it was one of the most expensive one's we have ever used in a campground. The second is the amount of smoke created by all the camp fires. I know campfires are a part of camping but the smoke in this campground was, for some reason, excessive. We only use propane and it sure would be nice to see more and more campground fires go to propane. It's cleaner and creates no smoke or breathing problems for those with breathing issues. This would negate the live embers problem after the fires should have been extinguished. We would stay here again if in the area. read more

While leaving the campground at OOB in June, I bent my axle as well as other damage. Seacoast RV agreed to take it and set my expectations explicitly that it was summer and they were SUPER backed up. They did however set some milestone date, got the parts lined up and communicated great. AND stuck to the dates. Carrie and Lauren (Laura?) were both super professional and helpful. This was a great experience compared to some past similar with others. thanks! read more

Sales: purchased Kropf park model. Staff was excellent, extremely knowledgable and helpful through the entire process. Very responsive to any questions and made for a great experience overall. Can't thank everyone enough for everything. Delivery: The folks that delivered and set up our camper were extremely professional, answered any questions and addressed any concerns immediately. Follow on service, this is where most companies could fail: There were a couple (very) minor issues that were identified prior to delivery that were either addressed before delivery, or scheduled for service shortly after delivery. We had one more concerning issue with a water leak the first day we put water to the camper. We called Seacoast and they sent a maintenance team to CT the very next day! Not what I expected! They fixed the issue in a couple hours and did a complete inspection to make sure there were no other issues with moisture. While the maintenance folks were here in CT they even helped out another camper with a small issue they were having. The fix took about 10 minutes, but now I'm pretty sure Seacoast has more customers as they are now telling everyone how the nice folks that happened to be here from Maine helped them in 10 minutes over a problem they stressed a season over. And that other service companies wouldn't look at their camper for 6 weeks. Exceptional service every step of the way! Professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgable and competitive pricing. Thank you to every one at Seacoast! You're the best in every area of the business! read more

I do not know why businesses have "Contact Us" email addresses when they do not monitor them. Over the past few years, I have send multiple emails to ask simple questions with no response. This review is about service, not sales. Do NOT waste your time or money with service here, because they will waste a lot of both. Seacoast has techs, a person that orders parts, a person that does the scheduling and billing, and a person that deals with warranty claims. None of these people communicate with each other so trying to get anything done is a nightmare. I needed a new toilet, a vent cover replaced, and my roof checked and resealed if necessary. I wanted a few upgrades, specifically a ladder and a convection oven/ microwave combo. I made my appointment several weeks in advance and let them know that I would be in town for two weeks. The tech came out and spent a significant amount of time (at $145/ hr.) talking to me about my options for a toilet, ladder, and microwave, but I had to go into the store to order everything. The parts person had measurements, but I wanted the tech's opinion on the parts I was ordering and he wasn't available. I ordered the parts, and then waited for the person that does the scheduling to call me. I was informed that they were booked three weeks out. I about lost my mind, and they agreed to fit me in on my last day if I brought it to the shop. I was clear when I'd called to make the appointment (several weeks earlier) that I would need parts and a follow up appointment and they said no problem. I ended up not having the ladder or microwave installed because it was a different tech than the one that came to my site, and he was not available to talk to to go over everything I'd talked about with the first tech (again, at $145/ hr.). Of the long list of things I wanted done, all that was completed was sealing the roof, installing the toilet, and replacing the vent cover. The person that deals with warranty claims was not there and no one could get ahold of her, so that was a nightmare too (although I sent them my warranty info a full month earlier). My toilet is loose. REALLY loose. I was in a hurry when I picked up my RV and just gave it a quick glance but 200 miles away when I finally sat on it I almost faceplanted into the wall and thought it was going to detach from the floor (I weigh 105 lbs, if I were a large person that toilet would have torn right off). I can't believe they let it leave the shop like that. I stuck some shims under it as a temporary fix. The vent cover doesn't fit properly, came loose, and is interfering with the vent so I can't open it. I need to have the toilet removed and reinstalled properly, and have the vent cover replaced with one that fits. The ONLY thing that was actually accomplished was sealing my roof, and I have zero confidence in that after seeing the rest of their work so I will have that redone too. I asked them about reimbursing me for fixing their work, and got a hard NO. They said I could bring it back in but I'm 1000 miles away. Even if I was close, there is no way I'd let them get anywhere near my RV again. read more

Incredibly friendly staff and great customer service. We called a few other places before we found Seacoast RV and they couldn't get us in. Our camper trailer had a tete a tete with the side of our garage (don't ask...). This was our first time working with Seacoast RV, after some less than stellar service from some other dealers. WOW! Terrible service department! We took a Tiffan to be serviced. Wow, just wow. They were rude and their repairs sub par.

Very pleased with my recent service at Seacoast RV. Linda suggested the right stabilizer and weight distribution device for my vehicle and 21' Liberty Max. Her many years' experience at her job made me confident with the suggestions she had that would meet my needs. She notified me of the price of the larger stabilizer prior to ordering it. It came overnight and was installed the next day. And just as important was Aaron's work in the shop. He adjusted a few things that I hadn't known needed attention and educated me on others so I felt confident with my new travel trailer. This was my first experience at Seacoast RV and I will definitely return. I felt I was treated as a valued customer and also that Aaron's work made me feel as if he was working for a family member. Above and beyond just basic service....because it's the right thing to do. Arron is the type of employee you would want who is dedicated to making things right for the customer and serving his employer well. All employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you everyone. read more

We broke down on our trip and they got us right in! Thank you for all your help! Great service!

I rarely write bad reviews but this place had the worst customer service I've received in years. We asked a couple questions about what they have done on our RV and then all of a sudden they couldn't work on our RV that day or for weeks. It was so odd!! Some of the employees were very nice while others were very catty towards us and they had to run back and ask the mechanic every two minutes for every question we had. They lied straight to our face MULTIPLE times, we tried to talk to a manager who first wasn't there then all of a sudden ended up being there but was too busy so we left. We also told them we were going to leave a review because we didn't know what else to do in this situation and the lady said "okay great thanks" she could care less about our business and obviously Seacoast. We went down the road and received amazing, honest service. So it all worked out for us in the end! OH and every single employee was either not wearing a mask or wearing it on half on their face! Why are we required to wear one in your business if your employees aren't!? read more

Came to outskirts of Portland and posted up at a nice RV park. Day 3 into our stay noticed a leak in the kitchen. After trying to locate and fix ourselves and failing I called Seacoast. We had a hydraulic fluid leak on the Leveling system on our Motorhome. It could have prevented us from putting out our slides, so it was a serious issue. We called Seacoast RV and was told we'd have to wait 2 weeks for them to look at it as they were so busy. We were scheduled to be out of the area before then, so it was a problem for us. We called several other RV service facilities within a 1 hour drive, but they were backed up too and couldn't see us for even longer. I then called Seacoast back and pleaded with the Service Manager to have them take a look. Happily, she managed to squeeze us in for an evaluation a couple days later. They ordered the required part and when it arrived a couple days later, they brought us back in and made the repair. They did the job quickly and well. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I'm really grateful for Seacoast RV's Service Department! Besides being nice and professional, they solved a significant problem for us and allowed us to keep our schedule when others couldn't. Thanks very much Seacoast RV! read more

We have a Class C Motorhome, our awning was damaged we wanted to replace it and also get a longer one. They asked us to drop it off for a measurement and quote. We got the quote and were told on September 1st 2020 it would be 6-8 weeks. We asked them to call us when it came in. After 8 weeks we called Seacoast and they said it was still not in. Understanding it was coming from a manufacturer, we were patient and waited. Finally, the end of 3 more weeks, we inquired again. Still not in! That ended our thoughts of a Florida trip, no awning! We stored our RV, and finally it was the first week of January, still no response or explanation of where our awning was from Seacoast. We called with intentions of cancelling, when we called and Lauren answered it just arrived. We set up an Appointment for April to have it installed, for our next cross country trip. We dropped off the camper, received a phone call the end of the day, with a message a problem with the awning. Lauren indicated the arms for the awning were damaged in the box. They couldn't open the box to check it when it came in, because they couldn't return it?? What kind of answer is that?? They couldn't get new arms, so we said we would pick it up. When we went to get it no one was at the service window or in the store, we waited and finally Lauren came, we asked for the keys to our unit, no apology, no more explanation. They could careless that our trip was not going to happen, and would not recommend you go here for any service or to purchase anything!! Horrible! Good News! the next day, another RV dealer was able to get an awning quickly and we will get to go away!!! read more

I wouldn't do business with these crooks. A side from general rudeness, I Ran a background check on some of their RVs and found them to be over priced. Called the manufacturer and gave them the vin number. Had the bank investigate too. They refuse to come down on price even a hundred dollars. Very greedy. These are the kind of businesses we need to remove from our society. We need honest businesses that actually care about their customers. She flat out told me word for word "i dont want to help you get into a better situation" "its only about money" red flag folks. Linda refused to show proof of mechanical condition or operation of RVs. She refused to walk through and show me how it worked. I walked her through my awesome b190 airstream and asked the sales lady what she thought and she insulted me by saying it was small and shrugged. This is my home. I love my b190. I felt really offended that she would say that about my home. Just do your self a favor and drive passed this place. Also, the owners have blocked me and other 1 star raters to silence us. We have recieved intimidating and disrespectful personal facebook messages for voicing our opinion of their poor customer service and unfairly priced rvs. read more

The customer service could be better. I have been there 2x so far and each time the customer service at the front counter in very poor. We bought a used camper off them. When we went to check it out for the first time (found online and puta deposit on it over the phone without seeing it in person). We asked for Brittany who my hubby had been dealing with. The person at counter were not friendly. They found Brittany for us who unlocked the camper for us and took off. Didnt say anything, nothing. went back this week for another reason, Brittany had day off. no one else knew why we were there even though Brittany knew we would be coming up sometimes this past week as we live out of state. Then when we asked for help for why we were there they counter people acted like we were bothersome. Honestly told my husband when we look to upgrade again I rather go somewhere else with better customer service. DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT! If you value your safety and quality service, stay away from this place. I brought my travel trailer in for axle service. (brakes, bearings, etc.) Was advised that entire brake assemblies, drums, and bearings needed to be replaced. Upon picking up the trailer, the brakes barely worked. Tech could not explain it and said they would contact manufacturer of the brakes for help. After another week, I got a call saying all was working properly. Again, picked up the trailer but checked the brakes in their lot. Still not working properly. Brakes would not lock up with full controller output. Service manager brought in the former owner of the place who insisted that brakes not able to lock up was "very common." That is probably true for work done here. However, brakes always were able to lock up on my trailer. They would not do anything further so I took the trailer home. Went to another service place to see what they thought. After 2 hours they called and all was now good, brakes able to be locked up with full controller output. They said the previous service place did not do the burnishing of the brakes which is the last step of a brake service as stated by the brake manufacturer (Dexter). As an additional point, they also told me that, of the 20 lug bolts on my 4 wheels, 8 were only finger tight, 8 more barely tightened, and only 4 torqued to Dexter spec. Yet another dangerous condition as delivered by Seacoast RVs. Further, the service tech jacked up the trailer by placing the jack under the axle which is specifically advised against by Dexter as there is danger of bending the axle which will affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Again, poor shop practice. read more

I had my RV towed to Seacoast RV for repair after calling and speaking with them. I told them I want to have a actuator put in the steering column and tell me what it will need for inspection. I called a couple days later and they gave me a estimate for the actuator and fuel pump for almost $1,300 I asked why when it just had a new fuel pump put in, They told me he had to drop the tank so forth however I assume there assumed I didn't know mechanics because the fuel pump is accessible from under the panel on the floor of the bedroom and that the new fuel pump was not getting power. So I asked them to have the mechanic to call me so I could go over a couple things they said they relay messages and they could call me back. 2 days later I call and ask them if the mechanic got the message they said they weren't sure. I then explained that the RV was our home and my family and I are staying at my brothers until it's fixed. I gave them the okay to fix the actuator then I could do the rest they said okay however before they can start the they need the money for the estimate 2 hours at $150 a hour then $45 for the part to start the job so I go in and paid for the estimate the part and $400 more toward labor to install the actuator I told them it's time sensitive and I'm counting on them. The first week we paid for a motel car rental and the tow. Then. On top of that the labor for the estimate the cost of the part and $400 pre paid toward labor for the actuator. Now money was getting tight for me so this is the point we gave the hotel up and went to my brothers. My brother can only have guests for 15 days so I called a couple days later to see how it's going they said the technician was out until next week and they have it scheduled Thursday so Friday I can and they said something came up and they were going to fix it the following day so the next evening I called they said the job they were working on took a extra day so they couldn't get it in. Now I'm getting nervous because they never call me I always have to call them and every time I would call they would have a story to tell me so as backwards as it is I look as there reviews and I wasn't surprised to find other people whom had similar experiences now I'm getting more nervous because I'm looking at being homeless. I call them to ask them if they got it in the garage and they again had another jam so I told them how I was getting nervous because of the reviews. They denied the reviews I read and treated it like I was making up what I read. 3 days later the phone rings and I get happy thinking they were calling to say it's done but it was the owner calling me in a Dominant fashion about my thoughts on the reviews I read. I couldn't believe it 3 weeks of trying to get my RV fixed never getting a phone call and when I do it's by the owner bitching me out about there reviews and saying there were practically no bad reviews I told him there were then I told him I was probably not looking at them wrong or something I only said that because too much time has already past and my RV still sitting there not being worked on and I really needed to get it fixed. So four days later they call me to tell me they couldn't fix it because something else was broken in the steering column and they didn't have time to fix it. I paid over $300 for them to look at it so when the looked at it for over 2 hours as they said they did why didn't they tell me ? So I had it towed from there garage to my brothers that was another $1300 so now my family and I are broke and homeless until I get it fixed. When it went in there it had a brand new ignition in it and when I got it back it has a different ignition or something because it had a older key in it that don't or won't come out . It won't go in gear now and I found other problems that were not there when I sent it in. So they strung me along until my family and I were broke and literally homeless. I will definitely be calling a lawyer I know considering they refused to refund any of the charges. Incompetent people impossible business. This place is only for those who don't care or worry about money. Seacoast Sea Coast RV I'll see ya in court. To do what they did to my family and I is unforgivable. They truly just don't care about their customers. Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Be prepared to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a trailer and get no support or service in return. Once you write the check, they don't respond to messages or emails and while they claim to be customer friendly they do NOT care. It's not like you can just return a park model so once you have it, you are stuck. My advice: deal with the distance and find a dealer elsewhere. These guys clearly know they own the New England market and that they have you trapped. Since my purchase back in December, they have yet to come out and fix defects in the park model I bought, I've had a MAJOR water leak, and now the air conditioning I paid an extra $1400 for is melting wires in my fuse box. They have yet to respond to any of these issues even though they have a key to address issues under the 1 year warranty. Thank you Seacoast RVs for an awesome start to the summer. read more

She said that there is a charge for the quote. When I explained that I had no idea that there was a charge, she interrupted me and said "please do not ever call us again!" and hung up on me. Really?
