They set up the camper as they said they would, but when we walked in, there was a stench like something died. We searched everywhere for the location of the smell and tracked it to the kitchen sink. It was horrible - it appears they never drained the gray water or deodorized the tank. We didn't cook in the camper - there were only 2 of us. We just took 2 very short showers, and the tank was full, and the bathtub backed up. We called and emailed them for assistance, and they didn't email or call us back - in fact, they never returned our call. We tried to air out the camper every day to no avail. The mattress had so much "balled up" material and pilling, you could feel it from sheets and blankets. There was dust everywhere and mold on the bathroom drain. We ended up getting very sick from sleeping in the camper. My husband had to go to urgent care to get medicine. We are fit people who take care of ourselves. Our friends also rented a nicer camper (no smell and newer). They were told the fuel was full, but they ran out within a few days. We all cooked outside, so this should not have happened. This was an unfortunate and skeevy experience. I am not a person who writes reviews but will tell you DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

It was more than A YEAR from when the damage occurred to when the repairs were close to being completed - and when I called him out on it and expressed my frustration, I was met with hostility and anger from him. WE ended up contacting the manufacturer and getting the last piece shipped to us and installing it ourselves. So, my recommendation is IF YOU HAVE to go there for repairs, have it IN WRITING a timeline by which the work will be done and the consequences (to them) that will happen if the deadline is not met.
