I had a slow leak in one tire. I'm from out of town but in the area for a month. I called Johnson's after reading their reviews on Yelp. Their service was outstanding! Although they were busy, and I fully expected a long wait, they looked at the tire, found and removed a nail, and plugged the leak. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I wish I lived closer, I would be a regular customer! read more

The entire team is fantastic and their work is top notch. One of the best ways I can review a business is to say they treat you like they want to see you again. Whether it's at their shop because you go back to them for more work because you trust them, or you see them again at the grocery store because it's a small town, you liked them, and had a great experience with them. They're professional, thorough, honest, and just plain nice and friendly - this is a place you'll feel good about taking your car to. I'd recommend Johnson's Auto Care to both my parents and kids to go to for service. read more

I had been monitoring air pressure for last two weeks and determined that had a slow leak in front right. With only a days notice they allowed me to stop by so they could resolve any issue but I would have have to wait for a technician availability, I didn't have to wait at all, they found a screw shrapnel lodged into the tread and a quick plug has resolved the issue. Thanks for your service, Lou read more

Awesome team! My granddaughter was visiting for a couple of days and upon arrival announced her car was making a strange noise. With the upcoming July 4th weekend there was little hope we would find someone who could check out the problem nevertheless actually schedule the repairs. Johnson's team not only came through and fit us into their packed schedule, they were the best people to work with. Thank you! read more

Awesome service at Johnson's Auto Care, Inc.. I was sure I needed new tires and scheduled them for today. The service manager and technician both pointed out that I did not need new tires anytime soon and could easily go to early winter or beyond. They will do a tire rotation instead and we will revisit at inspection time. Thank you! read more

The only place I'll take my car. (albeit not the cheapest) but when you love your car you want perfection. They are wonderful. They also have a program where you can accumulate points toward car services. I've never had any problems with my car after they serviced it. I think they even fixed the tick in my drivers door when I only got it inspected, because when I picked it up I realized it wasn't making the noise anymore lol. Glad they're here in the valley read more

I was in the area during a family vacation and encountered a slow leak in a tire. I passed this establishment on part of our daily excursions and made note of it as there weren't many car care places to choose from. I couldn't have been more satisfied. They were courteous and accommodating. They took care of my tire issue in short order and were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them if you have car care needs while in the area. read more

Absolutely wonderful!! The people at Johnson's are just totally helpful and totally honest. I found them some time ago after a less than perfect experience at another shop. I have relied on them for repairs, tires and advice ever since. Highly recommended!!!!! read more

I'm not a regular reviewer on Yelp, but am compelled to write on behalf of Johnson's because they are the real deal. We had a flat tire that needed attention and stopped in on Monday July 3 of the long weekend. The receptionist greeted us warmly and promptly and had their tire specialist looking at our tire right away: he was prepared to plug a hole but then took us around to show us a big gash in the tire, requiring replacement. We were prepared to have to leave the car for a couple of days, especially given the holiday weekend. Instead, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic experience. Thank you, Johnson's! read more

We are satisfied customers that's for sure! We needed tires for our camper and we were camping in the area, but coming back to camp at another spot. They kept our camper for us for a week and exchanged the tires for us during that time. It was a nice service. We didnt have to wait around, and they had time to change the tires out! The camper glides now when pulling it. Maybe NOW my husband will listen to me about protecting the tires from dry rott! YES you are supposed to cover them, and YES you shouldnt leave them in the dirt! Guess who bought tire covers and plywood recently!??UUG! MEN! read more

Went there for a tire issue. They replaced the valve and topped off the other tires for less than 15 dollars. Unfortunately, a week later the problem returned. Took the car back and they spend an hour troubleshooting and repairing the tire. They also found a problem with a second tire and fixed that one too. No charge ! Best car service in the valley. I recommend them to everyone. read more

I wish I lived closer to work with Mike, Chris, and Christina for all my car repairs. My wife and kids were away on vacation, 3 hrs from our home vacationing in N Conway without me, and our MDX broke down on them. My wife took our MDX to Johnson's Auto Care and they diagnosed our radiator failed which caused our transmission to fail. Never good! Mike and Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process of repairing it. We spoke of options and we decided, based on the age of our MDX, to have them install a used transmission. The first one they found and installed was not shifting the way they liked. They shared this with me and said they wanted to take it out and get another one for us. The second transmission they found, they didn't like either so they got a third. They stuck to their original estimate to repair. They were honorable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and down right good people. Some may have been frustrated after their wife and kids broke down 3 hrs from home, had to rent a car to get home, and had the garage (3 hrs away) still trying to repair their car. I have to say, these guys wanted to make sure we got our car back running in perfect condition. We would speak almost daily, their updates were easy to understand, and they made sure I was leaving them happy even though I was more than likely not a returning customer, ONLY because I lived 3 hrs away. In the end, they repaired our MDX perfectly, my wife and I couldn't be happier. Johnson's went above and beyond what's expected of a garage. I wish like hell they were closer to where we live because I would have them work on any car I owned. There is no other choice in their neck of the woods, don't second guess, bring your car to them, they are awesome! Thanks Mike, Chris, and Christina! read more

My transmission went on a trip through North Conway trailering a snowmobile trailer. I needed a transmission shop to evaluate the situation and potentially fix it. I called Johnson's because of the great reviews. Now I know why! They took my vehicle in the day I called and determined I had a blown transmission (I suspected since I had to have my vehicle towed there). They ordered a new transmission and offered me a loaner car. What amazed me is they offered me a vehicle that allowed me to tow my snowmobiles further north for my vacation! They went out of their way to find something for me to continue my trip. I couldn't of picked a better place to have my transmission fail. Keep up the great customer service!! read more

My Suburban started making some really loud knocking noises the other day, and I knew something was wrong, so I called Johnson's and they told me to come in right away. They were looking at my vehicle withing five minutes, diagnosed it as faulty wheel bearings, and after calling my extended warranty company to make sure it was covered, they repaired it. I was home within 2 hours of arriving at Johnson's. No more strange noises, and the Suburban is running beautifully. Can't ask for more than that! read more
