Had an amazing brunch here this morning! The service was so friendly and I loved dining on their gorgeous outdoor patio. The mall it's in has fun and vibrant scenery that makes dining here a true joy. Both entrees we got were superb. The lemon blueberry pancakes had the most delectable pillowy fluffy texture and the contrast of the bitter lemon to the sweetness of the blueberries was out of this world. Went last night to celebrate our anniversary. We had never been so parking was a little chaotic . Once we parked however, the restaurant was super cute . It is small inside but the service was great. The food was amazing. I love having an all vegan menu and not having to worry about cross contamination. We had chips and guacamole to start . I have an interesting story about this restaurant. I bought a Groupon years ago but never did use it. Also saw your food truck at a gas station one day when we were both getting gas. I finally came in today. Ordered a BBQ burger and a blueberry mint lemonade. Burger came with a choice of fries or a salad and I had the fries. Everything was enjoyable. Arrived at around 2:00 pm on a Saturday and it was really busy. Very glad a vegan restaurant is getting a lot of business. Gluten-free items are available. Dogs are also allowed on the outside patio. After we killed time at nearby stores we came back and got seated right away indoors. This place is busy and quaint. We were all so hangry we ordered a bunch of food. Purple Potato Taquitos: A crowd favorite and I can see why. I typically love purple tacos/taquitos and it was so yummy and the potatoes mashed inside were smooth with the crispy outer shell. The color is so pretty and unique its a dish that taste exactly how it looks, amazing! Burnt Brussel Sprouts: We killed this dish! Flavorful, not salty, not burnt but super crispy in a really good way. Doesnt need any sauce or anything so good on its own dish. Natural Cut Fries: Perfectly seasoned thin fries that came with two dipping sauces. Not too thin and not overly fried. Beer Battered Avocado Tacos: I personally didn't try this but I heard the fried batter was good but the coleslaw was just okay. Still good though if you really like avocado. Butternut Enchiladas: Really good enchiladas that actually has a kick to it. The spinach and mushroom inside is yummy and the sauce pairs so well. Pesto Rigatoni: A simple pasta dish despite it being pesto and having alot of garnishes, it did taste and feel like a hearty healthy pasta. I mistakenly thought this came with tempeh sausage and not tempeh crumbles so I was looking for some protein. It was good but just okay and could be more flavorful. Chilaquiles Rojas: A super large and shareable dish. Crunchy and crispy chips paired with lots of different toppings. This was really good and I would get this again. The beet burger and fries are pretty much what you expect, no more or less and hits that sandwich craving. The loaded nachos are fairly hefty, and as a flexitarian the jackfruit they add does an above-average job of imitating shredded pork or chicken. As you can see by the attached picture, the heavy guac is much appreciated. The star of the show for us, though, had to be the pesto dish. Perfect al dente penne with a savory additions to an already solid pesto. Highly recommended. Given the location and ingredients, the prices are obviously going to be a bit higher than nearby alternatives, though nothing unexpected. And lastly, the service was...alright. There was a middle-aged gentleman who may have been the owner who walked around and was quite kind to everyone dining.
