This place is amazing!! Nicely decorated, outspoken about the why behind being vegan and the service is too notch. The menu had some great selections and the food was great!

The food continues to be great, if you can get it. I've had the misfortune of arriving during business hours and finding it closed. Today I arrived and waited to place my order. I continued to wait for 10 minutes. There was no acknowledgement from the employee. I stood by the cash register while he prepared sandwiches. He had headphones in, so he didn't respond when spoken to. After 2 more customers arrived and received similar non acknowledgement I decided to leave. I understand the employee was there alone, but it was rude to not even acknowledge my presence. Also, the temperature inside the restaurant was hotter than the outside temperature.
An absolute hidden gem. Scrumptious sandwiches and cookies. (I forgot what we ordered, it was a while ago, nevertheless I remember that the food was very tasty and we were happy about it.) Very good service, clean place with a clean restroom. Wish we lived closer to have frequently visited this place!
Likes: + Yummy, crunchy food. Lots of healthy ingredients. + Ample parking. Conveniently located near popular plazas and the 405. + Polite, helpful staff. + Pleasant ambience. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. They have children's books about animals being our friends not food. I wonder what they use to make the ingredients that resemble protein. Non-likes: - It's rather wet and sour. I should've asked for less dressing or dressing on the side. Still crunchy though. I had: $15.95 Almighty Godfather
I usually hit them with the a good review but I think this place is falling off. This is my third time trying to order. I ordered then when I walked up. They said they're closed till tomorrow. Yeah they took my order online. That doesn't make sense.
I love a good Vegan burger, but a vegan sandwich shop is harder to come by in SoCal.. This place has a fast casual vibe like uh, uhhh Subway. The smell of garlic bread as I walked in really set it off for me. It's a little pricey but similar to Ike's price point. Much better though Vegan or not! I definitely plan on coming back and running through the entire menu.
Came here for a sandwich to take to the beach with me and let's just say they did not disappoint. I got the "corned beef" sandwich and after that first bite I ended up eating the whole sandwich. My mother and family friend also got sandwiches and neither are vegetarian or vegan but both said they enjoyed them. I'm not sure what kind of break that was but my mom loved it. It's a small sandwich shop in the lower part of a shopping center but there are booths and tables if you wish to sit in and eat. The young lady at the front was helpful and kept a smile.
I came to the area for Bella Cuba Cubano sandwich but decided to try Sub vegan instead to slow down the holiday calories. I'm glad I did the food was fresh and tasty . I'm clearly not vegan so I can't compare this place to other local vegan options but I can tell you that as a meat lover I did not feel the place leaves you wanting. The sandwiches are large and they have kettle chips. Service was fast here and there was no wait. It looks like a subway store inside but with chalk art decor that screams "eating meat hurts animals"
Really really good vegan sandwiches! Sad they they have moved further out , they were already far from me but took the drive out with a friend and was worth it. The sandwiches are so good. The flavors are great and the bread is nice and crispy. It can be crunchy and might scratch a bit but really great for the sandwich. They are located in a plaza so plenty of parking. Have seating inside and have other to go bites. Really good vegan sandwiches if you are in the area
Tasty subs! We got the immaculate and the club. These are just like traditional subs, but the delicious "Dutch crunch"-style bread is thinner so the focus is on the fillings. If you miss/love subs, give this place a try. Plenty of parking, bathrooms for customers. Indoor and outdoor seating in a nice outbuilding of a large strip mall. Friendly service. If I had a complaint it would be the odd TV content. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Oh my goodness! My first time here, and it feels like a gem finding this place! Got the Light Warrior, and OMG it's so good! the bread is soft and slightly crunchy in the outside, not too bready~ and it's just enough warmth! and the insides are so creamy I love! will definitely come back! read more

The food was FANTASTIC and one of the best vegan subs I have had in years. The shop was simple but cute, and had easy to read signage (although it was just printed on regular paper, it worked!) Unfortunately, they only had one staff member working that day and while she worked as fast as she could, it took a while to get our food (even with only a couple people in front of us.) There were multiple Doordash orders coming through, and I felt like with the level of orders, there should have been another staff member. She was sweet and kind and as quick as possible, but there's only so much one person can do! read more

Great subs always, and although we have the inner master 9/10 times, the other sandwiches we've tried r great too! Staff is always friendly and its in a corner plaza with other food options and seating outside. Always a clean spot and music is always playing read more

This was our first time here. My husband had The Meditator which is a meatball sub. The meatballs and sauce were delicious. I had the Peace Maker which is a turkey pesto sub. It was delicious. The subs come on their crunch rolls which makes the sandwich. Everything is made to order so be patient. I am looking forward to going back to try something different. All vegan. No guesswork. read more

We absolutely love sub vegan sandwiches. They are so delicious. The atmosphere is a little to be desired, but it is a sandwich shop so often we will get a sandwich to go and have it in the park. The sandwiches are pretty big so if you have a few other snacks with you, then you can save the other half of the sandwich for later. It's so great to have a vegan sandwich shop. The service is really nice and very helpful. We really hope that this place stays brown because it is delicious. read more

I was not expecting the Mother Earth sandwich to be so flavorful and the bread so crispy yet not tough to bite through. Just yum. The ONE employee there was gracious and answered all my questions all the while taking customer orders and preparing the food. There's also plenty of seating inside or out in the patio area and lot parking. Bookmarking this spot. read more

This is my new favorite place. Delicious sandwiches. So far I've had two, the meditator and the light warrior, and they were both amazing especially the bread. It's so fresh and crunchy and tasty and different for each sandwich. As a vegan, I don't usually eat sandwiches so it's great to have one, and especially one that is so tasty, and also to have a place that makes specifically vegan sandwiches that are so tasty. I haven't been in the actual store, but the ambience looks really cute and the service has always been on point with orders arriving earlier than expected. read more

I've never had a bad day with a good sandwich. Having moved from Los Angeles, the land of infinite vegan options, to Orange County--where food in general seems hit-or-miss--I have an infinite amount of adoration for this foodie-friendly haven. I have yet to actually eat inside the place itself (which shrieks of cafeteria-style ambiance), but have always been delighted with delivery and pleased upon pick-up. Perhaps this is lust... My favorites: -Light Warrior (Classic Turkey) + add jalapeño -Inner Master (The Club) + add jalapeño and/or +olives, pepperoncini -Almighty Godfather (The Italian) + add jalapeño -Infinite Wisdom (Peppered Ham) It's hard to go wrong with any of the sandwiches here, but the best ones are next-level. I appreciate the ability to customize my sammie options. Obviously refrain from jalapeño addition if you're on the milder side. My only complaint is that their sandwich names don't have their immediate description included, which can be confusing when ordering from their menu, and when trying to remember your favorite orders. Just return to this review for help (others' reviews have definitely guided my dietary decisions)...and nom on. read more

It's really good when made correctly. Lately it's been not so good. They're so small now. It's mainly bread. It's always a sprinkle of lettuce even when I ask for extra. They substitute items they're out of stock with without letting you know. None of their apps or websites worked which is fine but I told the employee so they're aware and they responded "well we have 4 apps to order from" yea, more expensive and, again, didn't accept orders. I really dislike businesses that argue with you, put the blame on you and make seem as if I'm dumb. I've been here many times and each time the quality and customer service gets worse. The owner is wonderful so it's surprising the employees are like this and pretty disappointing. It doesn't make me want to continue returning. $17 for this. read more

Very clean and welcoming environment. Lots of indoor seating and outdoor seating available. Friendly staff. Mother Earth sub: 5/5 Packed with lots of fresh veggies on toasted bread. Topped with avocado... Absolutely delicious! Divine Love sub: 5/5 Lots of crunch from the veggies, texture from the "chicken" and the aioli sauce is the chef's kiss! I highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the mood for a good, hearty sub. read more

So far very clean and quiet place with soft music. I like the vibe. There's cashier ordering and one self-order, you just can't order a water cup on it though. The people are quiet but seem nice enough, they do their jobs. The food was delicious!!! I love that there's a good vegan place here, we got the Divine Love it's a pesto sandwich and Mother Earth kinda felt like having a salad between bread and it's alittle messy, so make sure to get napkins!! The bread is so soft and crispy!! WORTH IT, also it's a great portion, I split it! Definitely want to come when I'm in the area! read more

I tired subvegan via uber eats for the first time today, and as a long time vegan I can say this was by far the best vegan sandwich i've ever had. don't sleep on this place!! will be back again and again. read more

Do they use bread that's both vegan AND gluten free?
A local bakery makes our Dutch Crunch Bread (not GF) and we use Schar, Gluten-Free Baguette for TTLA.
What is the difference between the Regular and Great besides the price?
The regular is an 6 inch sub while the great is a 12 inch sub
