I had a great hope to come here for seafood boil. The staff here seemed to be friendly and polite. But the management is terrible here. The kitchen seemed to be no one in it, the only two server had to walk through all store, and the second round of all you can eat seafood boil took almost 40mins. Although the server sincerely apologized, but it is still very confusing that why seafood boils could take that long time. The chowder was great, but it didn't come with crackers. Also about the flavors, cajun garlic is too sweet, Thai chili and house special similar with a sour & spicy taste. The house special is too sweet. They seem use frozen seafood and the second round of seafood had some smell. The first round had way too much small crab legs. The floor is a little bit sticky. And it seems that they don't have a drink menu. I hope they could do better because I really like seafood and hope there are more great seafood restaurants in Seattle. So, I still give a 3 stars rating for encouraging them to do better. read more

Finally getting around to completing my review. Hubby and I went before a Seahawks game and were very disappointed in the long wait time for a simple drink more than the wait time for a table. One of the two people behind the bar was brand new to being a bartender. I know it's hard to find employees they days but it was ridiculous to have someone brand new serving on game day. If you're going to do this I suggest a limited drink menu. Bottles & cans of beer and simple mixed drinks that don't take long to make. And for the wait for a table a couple that arrived after us was seated before us. As mentioned before a wait time sign would be a good idea. Also the host kept leaving the host stand and people would simply walk in. A sign saying wait to be seated would be good. Finally on to the food. The fish of the fish and chips were very small. More like nuggets than filets of fish. I had asked for an extra tartar sauce when placing our order and didn't receive it. Had to flag down a server to get another. Also ordered water we never received. The fried shrimp were tasty and while the bed of greens was a nice touch since we didn't receive silverware and there wasn't dressing it was a complete waste. I pointed out the trip hazard to a manger and she did cover it with a rug. This was a good temporary solution but watch out as your leaving that you don't trip. read more

Great selection of seafood with a Cajun/Asian twist. The crabs are huge! I opted for lobster and some mussels. Everything tasted really good with the Cajun/garlic butter sauce! I know it's seafood but it was very pricey and there's not a lot of options except to build your own boil. The ambiance was okay. It's close to the stadium so I would caution against going on game days. Lastly, the service was okay. I had a hard time trying to get a group of 7 but the restaurant wasn't even busy AND it wasn't near to closing time. read more

It was the only place that could take our large party in a short time. I should have known then. You have to order the food through the web...and your server takes care of drinks. Our server was super stoned (obvious) and forgot 10 different things at a time. When the food finally came out after a very long time, it was terrible. The chicken tacos were fried chicken tenders in a tortilla. The crab tacos were fishy and generally not good. The clam chowder was edible but that's it. Other people in our party ordered the crab boil which took a crazy amount of time to come out and they were disappointed in the freshness of the crab. You have to pay for your drinks separately, but make sure you ask for an itemized receipt. There were a few drinks on ours that weren't supposed to be there. Food Super Kim Noodles - Flavorful but incredibly salty - I'd pass Oysters - This is seasonal and who knows what you'll get but the oysters we got were delicious! And they included a unique spicy thai inspired sauce. Lunch Special - A smattering of shrimp, mussels, and fries this was a decent value and enjoyable. Would I Return? Great atmosphere since there's hardly no one here! Ordered an old fashioned with Four Roses bourbon. Not quite sure what all is in this! Ended up getting an additional shot of Four Roses and adding it to the glass. Much better. Ordered the lobster rolls with Cajun fries. Fries are great. I order the Strawberry Basil Mash and my husband an Old Fashion. Both drinks were super sweet with no taste of Whiskey. We ordered the Crab artichoke dip which was really good and the Lobster Rolls. Lobster Rolls consisted of spread of lobster on top of a hot dog bun. No flavor and very unpleasant. I asked for a diet soda, I'm which I was told they were out. No diet options other than water. I heard another table order the Crab Boil and was informed they were out of crab. Needless to say, $130 later for a very disappointing meal. We will not be back! read more

There weren't that many reviews for this business so we went hoping for the best, and gladly we were not disappointed! The service was prompt and friendly. Our server (Kenny) was thoughtful in his recommendations and suggestions. We shared a crab boil (with Dungeness crab, shrimp, corn, and potatoes) with their signature SEA sauce. The boil was delicious! Only reason I didn't give five stars is that a few menu items weren't available and the cocktail was a little on the sweet side. I'm here for my birthday dinner tonight! Everything was amazing! Michael the bartender took care of us and gave us a great menu tour and origin of the restaurant story and concept. We ordered the boil with king crab and lobster. Just wow the lobster was huge and delicious especially given being in Pacific Northwest. Ambiance/atmosphere is amazing. P.s service from Michael and his coworker with Hawaiian shirt were great! Let's start by the 1 star is only for our server who was apologetic. Stopped by this place while traveling to Seattle. Like the other reviews the restaurant was empty (please take this as your first sign!) our group ordered the crab spinach dip and crab cakes as starters. The spinach dip was decent for someone who is extremely hungry however the crab cakes were awful! The crab is clearly something pulled from the freezer and the breading tasted of what you would imagine gasoline tastes like, just an horrible taste immediately. For entrees the table ordered the lobster and crab rolls and they consisted of absolutely no flavor, plastic like. Our whole dinner party returned every meal and left hungry and everyone immediately felt sick! Very large restaurant, empty at lunchtime should have been my first clue. Menu and ordering requires you interact with a QR code reader. I ordered steamed clams and a lobster roll, the waiter came and asked when I would order, they couldn't find my order. I said, "How about you give me a paper menu and I tell you what I want?" No go. Finally they found my order. Ordered the steamed clams ($23) and lobster rolls ($35). The steamed clams were tiny but the portion was OK. The dish came accompanied by "garlic bread" which was a Safeway hoagie roll split in two, with garlic bread spread, served chilled from the refrigerator. Next up were the lobster rolls, a passable lobster salad served atop two Safeway hot dog buns, with storebought frozen french fries. Not remotely worth $60 which turned into $75 with tax and tip. There's a teriyaki store across the walk where I presume I could have lunch for under $20. What I really wanted from this restaurant was a place to hang out for a while and nosh and drink until it was time for my train. We tried getting the server's attention multiple times but couldn't. When it came time to pay it took multiple attempts to flag her down and then when she finally had us pay we asked for an itemized receipt and found out we were over charged for a beer we never received. The problem was she just handed us the receipt and left as soon as she gave it to us and the process of trying to flag her down again was awful so we just ended up cutting our losses and leaving. Born and raised in the PNW and literally best chowder I have ever had! Tastes like butter, melts in your mouth and the bread bowl is so fresh! Came on taco Tuesday and got fish tacos 3 for $10, highly recommend as well! Also the perfect stop before game day. New place in downtown Seattle. Looks like they have branches in Beaverton, Bend, and Astoria. They have booths and tables with some TV screens scattered in parts of the restaurant. Menu pretty limited. Tried the crab cakes that were recommend by another reviewer. They were underwhelming. They were small and came out lukewarm on a wimpy salad. Flavor was pretty bland. Not great value for $25. A little surprised given they have 3 other branches and one would expect their menu to be pretty well refined by now. Perhaps they will up their game as this new location gets their feet underneath them. For now, there are better options in Seattle. read more

I ordered fish and chips. The description did not live up to the reality. The pieces at fish were palm sized cylinders that looked and tasted like they were fried in old grease. The fish on the inside was not the flaky, white cod I was accustomed to but rather it was a rubbery grey clump. The fries were ok and my drink was very sour. The service was decent after we had been sitting for a few minutes. But there is a lot of room for improvement. If I go back I will stick with soda. read more
