It was my first time using professional cleaners, so I appreciated very much that they texted several times to confirm that they were coming and kept me updated on their arrival time. They were upfront and fair with their pricing, and the price matched the estimate they had given me via text. The team was friendly and trustworthy and got started right away! It took about 2 hours and the place looked great when I got back. We will definitely use the HRD team again and I would highly recommend to others.

They said they don't use "chemicals" I explained that I didn't care about that, had an invisible layer of spray paint particles (not dried) that had traveled to my first floor from a job in the basement. Wanted it gone. When they arrived I told them not to bother with the upstairs rooms, just concentrate on the 1st floor surfaces and the basement. Jay from Fresh Tech called to say the cleaners agreed with "the estimate". They texted me in 4 hours they were finished. I said okay I'm paying you for 4 hours, not 6. They refused and gave me some nonsensical story about labor hours. Got home after work and did a wipe of my kitchen floor and the paper towel was black! See below. Their ridiculous explanation is that is for a "first pass" clean. Additional passes would require additional time and labor!! But they left after 4 hours and I paid for 6. Had explained I need the paint GONE.SCAM company. Don't fall for the hype they give you on the phone. Don't care about their clients and I am a neighbor. Care about separating you from your money. I got the contact info for BeCleanHome from a coworker who had used them in the past. My coworker asked what was the most important - and I said it being done right. I don't want to have to do anything myself -- she said "I have just the company" I warned Karmen that this wouldn't be a simple job, but she said they were up for it. This was no small job. It took one cleaner 6 hours. I guarantee it would have taken me 6 days, and it wouldn't have been anywhere near as clean. You can tell they know exactly what they're doing and get right too it. Putting cleaner on the stove and unplugging the (empty) fridge to come back to those things later. If there is something specific you want done, be sure to tell them, but I didn't make any specific requests and everything I expected would get done, did get done. You get reminders the week of your service and can always reach out if something needs to be adjusted. We've been a customer for the last 6 months. I only meant to get things cleaned around the holidays but they did such a good job that it's a wonderful monthly treat. Each time we've had a cleaning we've been happy, in particular we appreciate Ana M.'s service and detail orientation. We request to work with Ana for our regular monthly cleaning but any member of the team provides a great service. The staff is equipped with their own supplies making it really hands off for the customer. I do like to declutter counter tops and tables to ensure she can get to surfaces, but she'll also neatly arrange stuff if a few stray items happen to be on a counter top. One of my favorite surprises is how she leaves towels, toilet paper, and paper towels in little flowers and bows. Each member of the team does this in different ways. It's a very small but nice touch to remind me that my home is fresher and that someone took care with that detail. Excellent company and service. Very professional and courteous.

However, I would feel remiss if I did not update this to reflect the current state of the union. I do believe Anna is/was having some pretty serious health issues that impacted her ability to show up for appointments, respond in a timely manner via phone or text, and just overall achieve good customer service. I've heard this from several friends of mine as well...and though it saddens me, I do not want folks to be misled by my original review from 2009. During her last cleaning for me (when I was moving out of my house 6 weeks ago, and getting it spiffed for a new tenant) she was so very sweet, did a fabulous job and told me not to lose touch because she had known me for awhile. I believe in Anna, and her abilities and certainly cherish her as a person...but as of now, cannot recommend any new clients contact her for cleaning for everyone's sake. I certainly hope it changes...and wish Anna the best! Right now though...I'd look elsewhere for a new cleaning gal.

She is exactly the kind of person that I wish would be thrown on an island somewhere, never to be heard from again. How can you not understand the importance of trust and how people's security can be broken by the lack of response. I read a few reviews from my friends and expected the same great service of which they raved about. I didn't bother to read any others which is my mistake. So I set something up a time/ date in a matter of a week with emails back and forth. The morning of, she was late (which was no big deal to me but she didn't call) but I will say she did do a great job in cleaning the place. Even still with all of the following hassle it's NOT WORTH HIRING HER. 1500 sq ft apartment, 2 bedroom 1 bath, 3 1/2 hrs of work = $120 She was given a key and set up to come every 3 weeks for $80 She even confirmed the day (Monday) and time. She didn't show up that day or the next, or the next, so on. That week emails were sent with no response. Friday, Anna sends an email that she will come this Monday. Monday no Anna, more emails, then I start to call. At this point I just wanted my key back but got no response and to this day still haven't. I had to have the locks changed $150 but I am more upset that a person would take your keys and not realize how important TRUST is. Then I read the review about how she STOLE something from someone, it made my sleepless nights wondering if someone would break in valid. I still may contact some people about Anna to get my $150 back, but this is a good start... WARNING others about her!!

The ladies just packed up and left without letting me look around first. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever had. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. Would not recommend even if her prices are lower than competitors.
