It was two ladies from Ukraine who didn't speak a lot of English but they understood my requests and did a great job. They did well with what they did so I am thinking of booking them again.

What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

Happy I was going to get some food and noticed the license plate number when I walked by. When I advised him to move, he said, uh, right now? Yes right now. Hello. That's someone's designated spot and you're in it. Then, as I'm doing a walk through when they advised they were done, my bed wasn't made, the bathroom floor mats and shower curtains were still in exactly the same place I left them (I washed in the morning), there was debris from my cats litter still everywhere... at this point, I swear my blood pressure was rising because it was a half ass job. He made my bed in that moment and I couldn't believe how ugly and ghetto he made it look. Then, they have the audacity to advise it was a $160 flat rate over yelp messages, but when he asked for payment, they advised it was actually going to be $190 for an initial cleaning and afterwards it's $150. WHAAAAAAT?! Do not use them. I'm shocked right now. I swear, I had a wonderful day, and now, I'm in a nasty mood. Update 9/1/2026: I was trying to clean my cabinets with my Bona pet cleaners and noticed they were all stolen from my cabinet. I'm shocked. I reached out to the team and advised I would be filing a police report. 2nd update 9/1/2026: Text received "we found the bottle in our cleaning supplies. My helper accidentally packed it with our products while we were gathering everything after the cleaning. It was an honest mistake and was not intentionally taken. We apologize for the mix-up. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated.
