The actual time to clean and have an immaculate apartment was 5.25 hours. With my complete satisfaction, they will be my go to cleaner from here on. Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.

We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.
