Screenmobile - Palm Springs area screens - Door Sales/Installation Near Me

Pat and the team did a great job replacing many of our screens. They were prompt, thorough, and friendly. I would recommend this team and Screenmobile for any new or replacement screens. read more

I wish that every home project was as easy as getting all screens replaced by Screenmobile! Starting with a pleasant morning phone call to inquire about scheduling, Carter came out later in the morning and within two hours I have beautiful new screens on my entire Palm Desert house and the replacement of a bent, difficult to roll oversized screen door! Carter even tried to make friends with my dogs, one of whom barked most of the time he was here. (She's a barker all the time.) I used a Screenmobile franchise in another city previously with great results, and now I can say that for the second time. Great service and the product looks great, too! read more

From the very beginning this company rated 5 stars. I called and described what I needed and was given a rough estimate and appointment. The follow up and communication was excellent- so appreciated and rare these days. Austin came to my house and replaced the screens and took measurements for my oversized doors as I wanted phantom screens made. He showed me color samples and said he would return when the trim color came in. The office contacted me the very same day to make appointment for that install which was just one week away. One of my doors was quite challenging and Austin made it work out beautifully. Extremely pleased with the entire experience and recommend this company highly. Thank you read more

They created 8 new screens for me that fit perfectly! The turnaround time was a bit slower than I anticipated (~10days) but winter/spring season in the desert is nice and I guess with people wanting their windows open it makes for a competitive and busy market. Not an issue- just a tip for others. I couldn't be happier. The communication and prices were fair and I love knowing that I'm supporting a local and family owned business. read more

The team did a great job at a terrific price. Very happy! I definitely recommend them.

We just had Screenmobile install seven blinds in our condo unit In Palm Desert. The experience was our second and every bit as great as the first one when they helped us select then they installed a security screen front door for us. They walked us thru the options available within our budget and we couldn't be more pleased with how things look. See photo for this blind that cuts the sun and heat, not an ounce of heat can be felt with direct sunlight on them with temps in the high 90's. Terrific product to meet the look and needs for the desert. Its lightweight, slides easily and none of that pulling on cords to open and close your blinds. Kelli and her team have always been very professional and rock solid on the installations. Its a real pleasure to share a great experience in completing a key part of your home's look. Couldn't ask for a better experience! read more

Very pleased with the new screen door that Jon and his brother-in-law just made and installed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We opted for the high end door and while it was a little more than we thought we would spend... we are pleased that it is sliding and gliding quietly and easily. Jon told us how to keep the track clean and maintain it, leaving a can of silicon spray. Love that they came to our home and made the screen right then. Thank you read more

We have used this family run business several times and they do not disappoint. Chantel (hope spelling is correct) who coordinates the appointments is a sweet and kind as she can be. You just can't help but smile when you are speaking to her. Austin came out this time and he was organized, timely and so professional. They are simply put, "The BEST" Keep up the good work! We appreciate you! read more

I've had Screenmobile do several jobs for me since 2019. This is a very competent company, really concerned with customer service and satisfaction. Austin has always been the one coming and today I learned it's his family's business and he is the manager. On time, pleasant, efficient - everything I like and appreciate. I think the prices are fair, but to be honest, I don't even comparison shop because I like them so much. The retractable screen I have on my front door is wonderful! read more

Great service, good prices and nice folks! They were able to make screens for our double hung old windows which look amazing. Highly recommend Mark and his crew. read more

I made an appointment and they came out same day. Actually within the hour. Impressive! The installer was very courteous and professional. The job was completed in under 2 hours. Now all my screen doors work like new again. He gave me a quote prior to the repair which I felt was very fair Not only will I use them again I have another project at my cabin. I called Screenmobile which had been recommended by several of my fellow Sun City Palm Desert neighbors. The office phone was answered immediately and an appointment set up for today. The young man who serviced my sliding screen door to my patio, was on time, courteous, efficient and knowledgable. I would highly recommend the service and professionalism of Screenmobile of Palm Desert. Phone 760-343-3500. read more

Excellent service! Job well done! Very professional, courteous, and skilled! Already referred them to our neighbors!

Great job. Arrived promptly (actually called ahead to see if possible to come earlier which really accommodated us). Extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Will definitely call again. read more

I can't believe how informative they were, easy it was to make decisions, but most importantly, how effective the screens were. Installation was fast and clean. And our house looks better and is more protected. I just wish we had done this sooner! read more

Raul and Liz installed our new retractable screen doors today. The product is great -- so excited to be able to keep French doors open and catch the breeze while keeping pesky flies out. The two were prompt in arriving, worked diligently, cleaned up nicely afterwards. If you have French doors, this solution is great! Thank you! read more

Straightaway, no one asked for, or compelled this review. It comes from the heart. Jon and Mark are like the Sammy and Dean of shade outfitters: not only are they a pleasure to work and interact with, they complement one another in terms of thinking through a shade structure. To lend backstory, I sought sun/UV protection for the windows of my midcentury writer's aerie in Morongo Valley, plus a shade-sail setup over my vehicle. The process went thusly: I offered ideas, suggested locations; Jon and Mark shared theirs. We agreed on solar shades for those windows that absorbed the worst heat and glare. Then the fellas built a shade-sail carport. The latter not only lined up cost-wise with my budget, it suited my physical environment: a large shade sail attached to lodge-poles that blended in, rather than dominate or alter the raw, open look of my parcel. Fact is, that first structure sewed the seeds of a second Jon just built up. Shame Yelp doesn't allow a photo attachment option to show them off. Yeah, they're that good. read more

I called the Screensmobike location in Thousand Palms and Kay was very helpful and referred me to the Palm Springs location due to my residence. I have called 4 times and get no response. Will be moving on and definitely not refer them going forward. This location could use some customer service like the Thousand Palms location. read more

I was walking my dogs and saw their work vehicle and trailer parked at a neighbor's place. Knowing that we'd been talking about getting our sliding screen doors repaired...I made a u-turn with my dogs and by the time I got to the Screen Mobile truck the driver was holding out a business card. What a find!!! We've been so pleased with Screen Mobile in every regard. They are polite, respectful and professional. The communication and follow through has been excellent. The fact that they can walk the screen door out to their trailer and make repairs on site is a real plus. We HIGHLY recommend Screen Mobile. read more

Stole our screen...That is literally the only fitting description...Took our screen as a free rescreen in addition to all the new ones purchased...What a deal right we even where ready to get a privacy door making the sales x3 the original quote... Then it gets better...takes our screen...blows us off for the next MONTH....the return day no call no show....Finally returns a call decide we should support a small business day of...I rearrange plans to be here from 3-5 on Friday....Again No Call No Show.... Complete disregard for customer service and no sense of basic decency.... read more

We are so glad we chose Screenmobile of La Quinta to rescreen our whole house. Liz and Raul were amazing to work with. Customer Service is clearly important to them. Raul was always right on time and his screens are well-made and look great. Liz's over the phone quote turned on to be spot on after Raul came and measured, and she kept me up to date on the process via text. We were booked for installation later this month (it being their busy season), but true to their word we got worked in earlier when they had an opening. After calling another company and getting a terse "$XX per window regardless of size" and the general feeling of the other company not wanting our business, it was a pleasant contrast working with Liz and Raul to get great looking screens! read more

Liz was awesome from the start! They did an excellent job making and installing two window screens, two sliding door screens and installing a Titan security door. They worked so fast and everything looked beautiful afterwards. I'm happy to finally have screens on windows/doors that had been missing upon the purchase of my house. They were very affordable and I wish I had done it sooner! The installation of the security door was flawless. A lot of people think they can do these on their own, don't do it!! Raul even put some caulking to cover up holes from the previous security door. I can't even see them! read more

This is what a 5-star company looks like. If all business owners operated and serviced customers the way this team does, the world would be a better place. Responsive, reliable and excellent work. Overpriced . Repairs are twice the price of Ace Hardware. New sliders are way overpriced

We love our new screens installed by Raul and Liz, very professional, great communication from first appt to last, would highly recommend!!!

SCREENMOBILE was FANTASTIC to work with! After receiving no support from the business where I purchased my retractable screen in May 2022, I contacted SCREENMOBILE. Their representative was friendly and professional over the phone; the service call was promptly scheduled, the technician arrived at the appointed time; the repair fee was quite reasonable. I only wish I had found SCREENMOBILE when shopping for my door! I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer! Thank you, SCREENMOBILE! read more

I really do not like to have to leave negative feedback but fell it is my obligation to others who might consider this company. The initial visit did not go well as the representative had several different and incompatible excuses as to why he could not install screens that day despite the advertising. Ultimately a 'manager' called and offered a reduced rate. My gut said 'no' but was trying to be cooperative. Several of the 10 installed screens are not wide enough to even reach the frames. The installer left knowing about the poor fit and remained silent. I cannot believe anyone would find this an adequate job. Suggest if you decide to use this company you check quality while technician is still there. I have no interest in trying to get them to remedy their shoddy work as my experience was dismal so far. read more

She emailed the information we needed to apply for the electric company rebate. We definitely recommend Screenmobile of La Quinta! read more

I had Screenmobile replace my retractable screens on patio. It's a large job and I did get an estimate from the previous company. Screenmobile just has great customer service and reasonable prices. I quickly received an estimate and the product was installed earlier than I was told. Justin runs it all in a very organized manner. On installation day Justin and Jose did a great job. They explained everything and left a very clean work site. I have used them in the past to replace window screens and I was pleased with their work. The only company I'd use around here!!! read more
