There was a minor hiccup getting scheduled for the install, but Alex did a good job, did it quickly, and cleaned up after himself. The 80 lb Pittie has already run right through the beautiful new screen door ... and I managed to get it back on track ... so it's a tough little unit, too. I'm very pleased. read more

Had Screen mobile out yesterday to re-screen all my screens. From setting the appointment through the job completion, the service and professionalism was tops. My appointment was confirmed the day before and the arrival time of JT was as scheduled. JT did an excellent job, the screens look high quality and Screenmobile has a loyal customer. Please give them a call. Know the number of windows you want fixed and a quote of the job will be provided. No games, just an honest estimate. Thank you for doing a fantastic job. I will share my experience with everyone in need of new screens. Thanks JT, and congratulations on the coming birth of your first child. read more

HANDS DOWN, Incredible! I wish I had more windows for them to install more screens! WE love our screens, and we love our Patio Screens that they installed for us! Gail, the Office Manager, is so communicative, and makes sure we are 100% satisfied with the work to be performed and after its completed, she calls to make sure we are happy. Kevin, the installer we had does an incredible job - and makes worthy suggestions which help us out a lot! It's so nice to have fresh screens in place. We had them do all of our exterior windows of our home as well as the sliding glass door screen and patio screens. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Screenmobile of Scottsdale! Well done! Oh yes - I have hired other screen installers, paid them, and never saw them again! Super fun!!!! (no, not really!) Screenmobile does exactly what they say they will do, they check in with us and make sure we are good - we are, and so are they!!!!! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Excellent Service, and Attention to detail. Screens turned out perfect and no mess left behind. Sreenmobile is definitely one of the best contractors I've had the pleasure of working. read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Gail was the only one who answered the phone when I started my screen inquiries. She was friendly, professional, and stayed in contact throughout the service. Marty, who built and installed the screens, was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me understand more about screens and vinyl windows. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a small business in a long time. I HIGHLY recommend their services (and their pricing was very reasonable as well!) read more

This was by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with here in Arizona. From start to finish. Ali answered the call and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and very kind. The young man that came out to my home was extremely kind and also very knowledgeable and made my screens on site. What a beautiful job this young man did. The prices were cheaper than three companies that I had called all of which ordered the screens and would be anywhere from two weeks to a month wait to receive them. I would recommend this company to each and every person that I know and I will. Thank you so much screen mobile for all you have done my house looks beautiful. read more

Great experience! It took an hour to get a screen door for my patio. Looks wonderful. Thanks a bunch.

My experience with Screenmobile was outstanding. First impression was with the office and Josie was so knowledgeable and efficient. Appointment was timely and Marty is the owner and knows his business well. He reviewed, evaluated and provided me with quotes the same day. Quotes were fair and in fact the price was much better than taking the screens off myself and taking them to a hardware store to screen. Very fair pricing and so easy! I highly recommend this company!!!!!! Next project, I had an ugly old dated security front door, so I received another quote from Marty to replace it. Fair price and beautiful door. Quality of workmanship was perfect! The door has stainless steel mesh and absolutely beautiful, no need for metal bars, just a great looking door. I could not be happier and child and dog proof with the stainless mesh. Anybody will love this door, very classy, see attached pic! Thank you Marty and team!!!!!! read more

The screens on the home I bought last year were worn and needed replacement. I'm very happy that I called Screenmobile Scottsdale, owned by Kevin and Gail Murphy. They replaced the sunscreens on every single window plus the two security doors and patio slider. I could feel a difference on the inside temperature almost immediately. They did a beautiful job and I'm so glad that they were able to fit me in before this current record breaking heatwave arrived. read more

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. I picked them at random and six months later, still very happy with the performance of the screens. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Gail and Kevin Murphy. From the time Gail answered the phone until Kevin finished installation, this is one of the most professional companies I have ever used. Gail was always polite, helpful, and generally cheerful. Kevin showed up on time for the initial consultation, I was later given a written proposal, scheduled, and Kevin completed the porch the day scheduled. During installation, Kevin and his assistant constantly cleaned up after themselves and when done, left the job spotless. Wow, I am so impressed by everything they did. Please excuse the picture but the porch enclosure is just great and looks much better than my picture. I love it. read more

Installed a new screen at my house. Customer service was solid and door continues to slide with ease several months later. I'll no longer buy and install the ones from Home Depot as they don't seem to operate well after time, seems the bearings wear out quickly - so these guys will be my go to going forward. read more

I had an extremely good experience with screenmobile recently. Gail was very friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and making sure it would go well. Kevin arrived a little early and got all set up so the service would proceed efficiently. He was very friendly and helpful and gave me good advice. He made beautiful, heavy- duty bug screens for my windows and a lovely custom made sun shade for my block glass bathroom window which faces to the west, and had been allowing a lot of heat into the house. He even agreed to haul away my old, worn out screens for free! Their costs are very reasonable and the service was above and beyond what I expected. Thanks so much Gail and Kevin- I'll be using your services for another home too! read more

Gail was prompt to return my call and get me set up for an appointment to replace our sliding patio screen door. Kevin showed up on time and was extremely professional. Our screen was replaced quickly and it looks great! Can't wait for it to be cool enough outside to use it. Highly recommend this company. read more

Had 14 screens replaced ...8 are fine and six are I'll fitting and loose. Tried to work with them on a solution other than not paying for the 6 bad screens (which they volunteered). Completely unhelpful... they look for ways not to help rather than finding a solution. Very poor company. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Marty & his crew did such a fabulous job on our screened patio. He was very helpful in telling us the color frame to use. They were on time & cleaned up after they were done. Every person we worked with was excellent! The estimator who came out was helpful and provided different types of solutions that were available for us. They walked us through what sun screens were, how they're used, and so forth. We were able to coordinate our appointments easily via email, and for the estimation and install appointments, everyone was on time. They were efficient at getting our screens installed and did a great job! read more

The back patio of our home in Fountain Hills faces west, and our sunscreens on the entire house, including the sliding patio doors, were about 20 years old. We decided to replace the screens on the back of the house first, and then, next year, we will replace the sunscreens on the front of the house. Marty came out and gave us an estimate for all the screens so that we were able to budget out what we wanted for this year. Marty and Terry showed up exactly on time and finished the work about 6 hours later. Marty is excellent at explaining the process and also how sunscreens work, really appreciate that. The screens look absolutely beautiful, and now we can slide our screen doors open and shut without much effort at all. We are hoping that we see a decrease in our SRP bill this summer. (BTW, SRP offers a rebate for sunscreen installation---be sure to check that out!) Looking forward to having out front sunscreens installed next year. Thanks, Marty and Terry and everyone at Screenmobile. read more

Professional operation. Very pleasant to work with. They will continue to get my business.

Outstanding service. On-time, clean, professional, very fair price for the amount and quality of their work. Very thorough explanations of all the work they were going to do. I had Screenmobile come out this week to make and install three sun screens on our home. They arrived right on time, were very clean, well spoken and quite personable. Terry from Screenmobile Scottsdale came to our house yesterday, built us three new screens in less than an hour. The old ones (built for us by Ace Hardware) didn't fit right because our house doesn't have perfect right angles. Terry measured, then built the screens custom right at his truck, so the new screens fit perfectly. An excellent experience, good value, and the product works.
