We just completed our services with this lovely family run company. They were prompt to respond to us and schedule a consultation. We wanted to create a physical barrier for the 2nd floor windows that get the most direct sunshine in our house as they were causing the bedrooms to heat up intensely during the day (despite double layer black out curtains). However we did want to still be able to see outside from the windows if possible and have airflow if we do want the patio door and windows open in the evenings. They answered our questions completely and made sure that we had the optimal screen types for our specific situation. The difference was notable immediately after installation! They were careful to clean up after themselves and left no debris. They even hauled away one of the old broken screen doors for us. We definitely recommend them and will likely use them again soon for more windows! read more

We first used Screenmobile in 2018 and were satisfied, however, Chris seems to have too much work to do that customer service has gone down. We contacted Screenmobile in April 2020 to replace retractable screen doors. It took about a week to get a response from Chris.....not a big deal because I figured he may be busy due to the Covid shutdown. He stated that it would take some time to get the screen material in stock and would call us back. After over a month I contacted him back and he said that he has a different phone number for us and tried and tried to reach us. I figured it was possible as he may have had a number we used in 2018. He said they were very busy and he would fit us in sometime in the next several weeks now that he has our correct number. After about another month I texted back and Chris scheduled a time on a Monday to come out. Monday came and went and Screenmobile was a no show. Sent another email and now not only a no show, but no response back. Don't waste your time. If Screenmobile is too busy I get it, but don't put people off and waste time. read more

We called for an estimate on a security screen door for our home. Trevor was sent out, and gave us a quote. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer young man. Professional, and very well mannered. However, the person answering the phones, Mary, is abrupt and very rude, and Lisa (manager, owner, employee?) is not a customer service professional. Perhaps these 2 employees, franchisee / owners need more training, or perhaps should stay off the phones altogether. Contracting with Screenmobile to put new screens on our windows was the best decision we could have made! Our home, built in 1949, has wooden double hung windows and the original screens were long gone when we bought the house.
