I cannot believe the ineptitude of their services - how can you pay off TWO mortgages, but only discharge ONE?!?!?! Be warned - if you hire this law firm, be prepared to double check to make sure they ACTUALLY finish the job.

When they finished it it was as if we never had any oil tanks and they took great care to avoid any dings to the floors. And to top it off they charged me less than the estimate.
