I used beverly computer for my dell xps computer. the technician arrived at my house without the…read moreproper tools, then took computer with him, called a week later, and told me he could not do anything, I should probably just get a new computer. also told me i would not be able to recover any data from my hard drive. I got my computer back, sent it to dell, who repaired it for 120 dollars. all data is still there and computer is working fine. I am glad i did not listen to this person's advice. the worst part is that I was also charged 75 dollars to be given wrong information. i just wish he had said he couldn't help me from the beginning.
