Young gal seemed more than irritated with speaking with me and answering the simple questions of "is there a sugar free substitute" her answer was "they all have the same amount of sugar" when trying to find a healthier option. She was no assistance whatsoever with the exasperating sighs in every short response. No experience with the food and did not go inside the coffee shop but not worth it to go back to that shop. Wish that gal well in customer service. The gal at the window who took my badge and handed me my drink was much more pleasant!! Need more people like her. read more

This is my absolute favorite Scooters location in Omaha. The staff is great and cheery, the drinks are ALWAYS consistent and delicious, and the drive through moves very quickly! My favorite drinks (you will see a theme here) are the Caramelicious Blender, the Hot Caramelicious, and the Iced Caramelicious. The Turtle Latte and Candy Bar lattes are also pretty good, if you're wanting something EXTRA sweet. The only drawback of this location is that the parking lot is a little weird, but I don't blame that on the Scooters - that parking lot has always been pretty weird and congested. If you're a Scooters fan, I'd say definitely give this location a try if you haven't yet, because it's a notch above the rest! read more

Terrible service. Came in with a $100 15 drink order. Employee who helped me was friendly and helpful. She started to write the names of who each drink was for (which is a big help for big offices). Manager came over and rudely told her to stop that Scooters "isn't required" to put names on drinks. I was the only customer there and they had two cars in the drive thru. Looks like it's back to Starbucks for me. read more

Nice to go to a local chain to have a cup of joe. Convenient location only if I wouldn't have to do a u turn on blondo! The service and cordiality of the teams members is the best asset of this location. Nice quiet patio. read more

Its no Starbucks. The coffee is decent and the prices are pretty typical for the going rate on this type of thing. They have a nice private room you could use for meetings if needed and its a small relaxed area if you need to hang out. No frills type of place. There's also a nice out back patio for sitting. I just perused their menu though and the sugar content in their stuff is insane. Especially the joke of advertising the peanut butter smoothie as a Hulk approved beverage. What a joke, I doubt the Hulk approves of 58 grams of sugar in a small, make it a large for 97 grams of sugar. I just wish I could find a coffee shop that had decent flavored drinks with a little less sugar. Overall the coffee itself is pretty alright. read more

Honestly, I love every Scooters location. But the girls that work here have been impeccable. They're overly friendly, positive, and welcoming every time I've stopped by. I assume there's been times I've come through where they might be having a bad day, but you'd never know. I respect these girls and the manager over them very much. This one is my favorite scooters in town. Usually plenty of seating (rare for scooters!). Only downside is sometimes they seem to have weird hours...like closing early on weekday evenings and weekends. Usually I got to chat in the evenings with friends, so that is the biggest negative! read more

Well-brewed fresh coffee. Unlike many Scooters I find in Omaha in which brew strength varies (usually weak), this one consistently makes it just right. Staff is friendly. My friends and I make this Scooters a weekly tradition. read more

I've always had great and speedy service at this location. A word of warning, the place where you take your order in the drive-thru and the window to pickup/pay are not covered, so you may get wet when rolling down your window in the rain. read more
