Had them for a couple months, nothing impressive with their service as most others appear to have similar pricing and structures. They had to reschedule multiple times in that short time frame with just an email notice being given not the normal text protocol I'm familiar with from them, the first time it was confusing as I'd expected it to never happen let alone have to find out via email. They couldn't work with the day I needed which was frustrating but I was willing to accept and work around them. I ultimately chose to cancel cause my preferred days would be Fridays cause who wants their backyard clean for the time they aren't there to enjoy it and dirty the only time they can? Additionally was frustrated that after agreeing to compromise on my preferred day (Fridays) to instead have service (Thursday) they made an exception because they missed the newly agreed to day of the week AGAIN. read more

I thought I'd write a follow up review to tell others to beware. The first time we used Scoop Soldiers, the lady (Kelly) really did a wonderful job. She spent the time needed to make sure our backyard was spotless. I wrote a positive review praising both Kelly and SS. But then Kelly left and its been lackluster service since with missed and postponed appointments and then for about the last month, the scoop tech has been spending only about 2-3 minutes (proved by our security camera) to remove all the land mines. We hoped the technician would rise up and do the right thing. We even gave them a tip to see if reverse psychology might do the trick and they'd rise up and do better. But no. So, we reached out to customer service and told them of the matter to which they said that all they could offer was a discount on their next visit. Sorry, not good enough. They should have sent someone back and made it right, but for $80 per month, ($20 wk) I guess that was too much of an ask. So we said we were going to take our business to one of their MANY competitors, and they essentially said, thanks, and good luck. Very disappointing... I oversee 32 technicians for a National commercial HVAC business and there is no way I would allow a customer to leave us without doing everything within our power to make them happy. Worst pet poop company!! Nothing but issues with clean ups. They lie saying my gate was locked or dogs were out. (1x my dog was out and they sent picture. My bad he was hiding under the bush). I have been using Scoop Soldiers for about two years. We had a rough start in the beginning due to one of their employees leaving the gate open and one of my dogs got out. I ended up finding her and I understand that people make mistakes so all is forgiven. I kept the dogs in the house from now on and did not let them out until I confirmed the employee was gone and the gate was shut. I'm two years I have had over 5 employees service my yard. A sign that they have a high employee turn over rate. They did have a deal that we would get a free $50 service if we left a good review for them but I kind of felt that was shady. I never really had a big problem with them since the beginning until now. To be fair, I have changed which bank account to take the weekly service cost out of twice in two years. For the last year it has been the same card number. For the last couple months I keep getting emails that the card was declined. I would immediately check my bank account, see that there is more than enough in the account and respond to please run the card as there are plenty of funds in the account. I would then get a response that the card went through. After a couple months of this back and forth; ever week get the email, check bank confirm plenty of funds available, email back, receive email card went through i got tired of it and when I received an email that the card did not go through again last week I emailed them asking for them to look into this because it is becoming a hassle. I always end up getting an email that the funds went through so obviously the declined emails are an error with the system. The response email I receive does not address my concerns just tells me to register for an account. I already have an account so I go to login and it says password incorrect. I go to resent my password and it says there is no account with that username. I go to create an account and it says there is ALREADY an account with that username. Frustrating right? I email them back explaining all of this. AGAIN I receive a response that does not address my concern and states to register for an account. Since we are now going in circles I explain again that it is not allowing me to, I already have an account etc. The THIRD response from this coming is literally my email to them copied and pasted. What the heck? For a week now we have gone in complete circles because Judy and Sarah in customer service does not like to address anyone concerns. From prior negative reviews they do not care about keeping customers happy I.e losing customers, and their response to the negative reviews are the same generic response. I am a firm believer that EVERYONE makes mistakes. We are human. But their responses to their mistakes shows that they a not a company full of the kind of people I want to give my hard earned money to. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

These guys are fantastic! I have used other scooping services in the past. One started out great and then fell off. The other was bad from the beginning so I was hesitant to use another service. I have waited to give it time and Scoop Soldiers is fantastic. They are consistent, thorough and go above and beyond. They come consistently every week, send pictures when done to show the job is complete and always follow up with an email. There was one time that my gate was locked and instead of leaving, he notified me. I have been a customer for awhile now. I actually did not have many issues with this company until I put a lock on our gate due to dognapping in our area. Twice now the tech would say they knocked so they can gain access to the backyard however both times there was no way they actually knocked. On both occasions myself or my husband was home and the tech did not knock. When contacting the company they stated the first time they would note the issue. The second time they said their tech notes stated he tried to call, text and knock. Which I work in a prison so did not have my phone on me but my husband was home and the tech did not knock. All of our dogs bark at any little noise they hear. My husband and dogs were in the living room or dining area all day and did not hear anyone knocking. I requested they return that same day however they rescheduled me for another day. I do not deal with dishonesty when I am paying for a service therefore cancelled. I will try another company until I am happy. Update- customer service contacted me and offered to make it right. I accepted the offer and updated the review to good since they are making it right. This is the worst possible company to use for your pet waste. Not only do they constantly miss poop (even when it's right next to the sidewalk they walk on in the yard) they never show up! For the last month they have been coming once a week, but we have been charged 2/3x a week consistently. We have cameras outside and can clearly see when people come and go. They are coming once a week on Friday. We call customer service to get this problem resolved and they were NO help. Just told us to go to the portal and see what charges don't match up.... When we are clearly stating that none of them match up. So now we are stuck with no solution to our problem and are being charged for a joke of a service.
