I signed up for the service via the online portal, which included a free first service. It was scheduled at the time of sign-up. The company missed the first service with no communications. I have now sent no less than 5 emails asking for follow-up and the service to be cancelled. The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled. The recommendation if engaging with this service is to utilize telephone numbers versus email to get a response. read more

Can I just say that this service is down right incredible and worth every penny? We moved into our new home in June of last year, I've been meaning to write the review ever since. I did some research on poop scooping companies and this one seemed to be the best and most affordable. I was super worried since we live out in far North Peoria by Lake Pleasant but they accommodated us! Every week Kyle comes by and clean up the horrible mess that my two make. And with our added family member (a great dane puppy) he was able to up our services to two times a week. Also the dogs absolutely love and trust him which is huge for me! I don't have to worry about my gate being left open, he always secures it and of course he gives them treats when he sees them! Let me tell you how much of a life saver it is that I don't have to do it Also many other companies have a starting price of $22 for every visit. Mine for the two dogs once a week was $17.95!! Yeah great service unless your dog comes out to say hello and Kyle has a FREAK OUT and sprays them with PEPPER SPRAY. That then gets on your child who then spends the entire rest of the day and night in severe pain and it spreads to the entire house causing the entire family to have pain and burning. And then Heather calls to blame you and tell you that you will still have to pay for the service. Yeah great company. They did not even ask if our dogs were OK or care that, because my family was not warned, it got on my son when he tried to comfort his crying dog. I recently had a situation where we lost 2 of our dogs within 2 weeks of each other, the 2nd one the day after I had back surgery. This is hands down the best service I have ever paid for. We have two large dogs and they plant landmines all over the yard. We also have 3 boys and it was their job to pick up after the dogs, which they didn't complain too much about. However, getting the right tools turned out to be quite the challenge. Everything we bought broke within weeks of purchase. Last straw was when we spent $60 on equipment that broke in 3 days. I decided I would rather pay for someone else to come out and do the deed than keep investing in equipment that just brake. We have gravel and grass and it's not an easy job to find all the landmines, but Scott does an amazing job, every time. This service is a good investment for us. read more

Love this company! I actually tried a different service in town but they couldn't commit to the same day for each week...always came whenever they pleased...even showed up on a Friday night at 7pm. What?!?!? The previous company also wouldn't give me a heads up by text to let me know they were on their way...said that would be an extra charge. Boo! Then I found Scott and Poop 911. He always comes on the same day, pretty much the same time, does a great job, and has no problem texting me if I need him to (without the extra charge). Scott is super nice, too. The other thing I like about this service compared to others is that they won't bill you until AFTER the service. Most companies I looked at around here bill you at the beginning of the week, before they come. I have a huge problem with that. Anyway...it's the best money I could spend. We have multiple dogs and I have a baby and zero time to go try and clean the yard, and my husband works hard and doesn't want to do it either. Without this service I'd have a half acre yard covered in poop. Worth every penny! read more

Heather is our wonderful Pooper-Scooper. She has been coming for over a year now every other Weds. and I have an acre property and 5 large dogs. Need I say more? Every other Weds. we have a yard full of poops. Sometimes, I pick them up, but not in this hot weather. She's a life saver for me. It's just one less task that I have to do. Every time she comes, the dog frolic out to see her. They're so pesty and want the ball thrown over and over. And, the dogs don't bother her. She'll get ALL those poops picked up, and throw the ball a gazillion times and be done within 1/2 hour. The yard always looks so nice when she leaves. Excellent,kind,caring service...I've used them for a few years now in Queen Creek and they go above and beyond...I was once left a note that mushrooms were in the yard and could potentially be a danger to my dogs...I have a terrible back and this has been a tremendous help. They are wonderful people truly care about my furkids and work around the mess my one fur child does to the backyard with her own personal collection of blankets shoes toys and everything else she wants to bring into the backyard to "hide"...lol...Im sure it annoying because it is to me but they never ever complain.
