I have now sent no less than 5 emails asking for follow-up and the service to be cancelled. The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled. The recommendation if engaging with this service is to utilize telephone numbers versus email to get a response.

They came out and were super professional, and friendly while doing the walk-through. They got right to work and got the whole yard picked up they even offer a deodorizing package for the backyard, which is super helpful, especially when having three dogs the scent isn't always the best so it's nice to have a fresh smelling backyard once again.
