I signed up for the service via the online portal, which included a free first service. It was…read morescheduled at the time of sign-up. The company missed the first service with no communications. I have now sent no less than 5 emails asking for follow-up and the service to be cancelled. The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled. The recommendation if engaging with this service is to utilize telephone numbers versus email to get a response.

They had to reschedule multiple times in that short time frame with just an email notice being given not the normal text protocol I'm familiar with from them, the first time it was confusing as I'd expected it to never happen let alone have to find out via email. They couldn't work with the day I needed which was frustrating but I was willing to accept and work around them. I ultimately chose to cancel cause my preferred days would be Fridays cause who wants their backyard clean for the time they aren't there to enjoy it and dirty the only time they can? Additionally was frustrated that after agreeing to compromise on my preferred day (Fridays) to instead have service (Thursday) they made an exception because they missed the newly agreed to day of the week AGAIN.
