My poor kitty was matted so bad. He was absolutely miserable and I know he was in pain and I just felt awful. Happened to come across the cutting crap website and saw they serviced the Surprise area. I live in Tempe but I reached out anyway. I can't even put into words how grateful and happy I am! Melanie and her assistant came out and were so great! It was quick and painless and my Stewart is like a little kid again! I am on a tight budget so was thrilled with it being so affordable on top of the great service! Have told everyone we know and will continue to do so! Thank you, again, from the bottom of my for bringing my baby back to his old self again!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. He did a half decent job in part of the yard, but certainly not what I was expecting. He then left our gate partially open so that it was ripped off the hinges when we got home, despite assurances that he was frequently responsible for the safekeeping of clients homes when he visited during the work day. Save yourself 5k in damages and look elsewhere. Update: The business owner has posted an incredibly slanderous response below. Please feel free to review my receipt (paid in full, despite damages) and make your own decision. Best of luck. read more

Staff is super responsive. They get the job done quick and quietly. I love this service so far!

The fabulous Melanie and her terrific assistant came to my home and gave my long haired cat a shave of his matted under-carriage and private area. Completely brushed out his sides, mane and tail. Trimmed his nails too. They were great with my terrified boy. Price is reasonable. I will definitely book again. read more

They picked up close to all the dog poop. The big issue is they give you a 4 hour time window. They gave me Very Late notice as to when that time window would be. . Then gave me a 2 minute notice they would be there, showing up 40 minutes BEFORE the 4 hour window they gave me !! Totally unacceptable to me. You can decide if that works for you. read more

We have been using CTC for a few years now and these guys are seriously the "white glove" of their industry! David and his crew are reliable, trustworthy and efficient!! Not to mention their rates are incredibly affordable and WORTH IT. We have a big yard and our fur children don't do their business in just one spot. They always communicate schedule and leave a reminder for you of your next cleaning after every visit. They have never missed a day in the years we have been using them. Even federal holidays like Memorial and Labor Day, they show up! That's huge and we can't thank them enough for the extraordinary level of customer care they provide. I have been using Cut The Crap for about 5 years now (I think). There are two important things that I need from a business like this: always make sure the gate is closed and send a courtesy text before arriving so I can ensure our "protective" dogs are inside. They have always done this and we have never had a problem. Alex has recently been our pick up person and he does a great job! Always gets everything picked up which is important since we have a very large yard with large dogs who make large...well you know. Anyways, thank you Alex and thank you David! We will always recommend this business to our fellow pet parents! read more

Amazing job and great customer service! I had 5 dogs at my house that basically ruined my backyard over a long weekend with all their poops. They came in and got my backyard looking normal and clean again quickly. Highly recommend! read more

The service is a+ I honestly didn't know how I could express how happy I was to find this service. They were prompt, professional, and did an exemplary job on my patio. I work from home and take my dogs out as often as i can but I used this patio as an "in between".I had issues with draining from my patio and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I will forever be grateful for the attentiveness to detail, the communication, and professionalism. You will for ever have my business! read more

I found David at a networking event and I was shocked that pet waste removal was a thing. I am so glad that David could cut the crap and odor for our two GSP. He used a pet-friendly enzyme to break down the smell on our turf. David was very thorough and our yard looks great. The price and plans are reasonable. It is a great service for busy or people with a disability that love their pets but don't have the time or mobility to clean up their waste. And David is a fellow veteran. read more

I've been using Cut the Crap Per Services for about 3 weeks now and let me tell you this is the best decision I have ever made. I have 2 dogs and I work about 45-50 hours a week and the last thing I want to do is pick up dog crap at the end of my day. I've looked into other companies but they were so expensive I just couldn't rationalize it until I found Cut The Crap. They do a phenomenal job! David the owner has even come out and cleaned up which is amazing! The communication is wonderful as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about hiring a pet waste removal company. Thank you to the team! read more

We recently moved and out turf in our new backyard. I didn't realize the odor that would occur as my dogs never used to use the grass for their potty area. Thankfully David and his team were able to come out and manage the odor in our backyard during the monsoon season, and the foreseeable future! I am so happy that I can feel good about my kids playing on the grass with their sanitizing and deodorizing spray that they use. And so affordable! read more
