He then left our gate partially open so that it was ripped off the hinges when we got home, despite assurances that he was frequently responsible for the safekeeping of clients homes when he visited during the work day. They picked up close to all the dog poop. The big issue is they give you a 4 hour time window. They gave me Very Late notice as to when that time window would be. . Then gave me a 2 minute notice they would be there, showing up 40 minutes BEFORE the 4 hour window they gave me !! Totally unacceptable to me. You can decide if that works for you. read more

There are two important things that I need from a business like this: always make sure the gate is closed and send a courtesy text before arriving so I can ensure our "protective" dogs are inside.
