Everything has always been delicious, and that's actually what brought me back. I remembered this place being amazing when I was in college about 10 years ago, so I was excited to return. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We ordered 4 basic cheeseburgers, small fries, and only 2 drinks, and the total came to $67. For what we received, that price felt incredibly high, especially compared to other burger places nearby. The burgers looked great with all the fresh toppings and vegetables, but the flavor just wasn't there. They were big and visually appealing, yet surprisingly bland. It felt like a lot of ingredients piled together without much seasoning or taste to make the burger stand out. The one bright spot was the customer service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely sweet throughout our visit, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was shocked and disappointed. I don't mind spending $67 if the food is worth it, but in this case, it simply wasn't. The desserts and ice cream are still 5-star quality, but based on this experience, the burgers were mediocre, flavorless, and way too expensive for what they were.

The very first time I came here I was so upset that I walked out after waiting in line for 30 minutes just to be completely ignored. I had high hopes of ordering a bunch of ice cream but in the end they ignored me and served the people in front of me and then behind me as I continued to wait. Maybe it's because I am a white girl but even when I tried to say hello? A few times they acted like they didn't hear me so I walked out. Waited about 40 minutes in total just to be ignored. The next time I went there it was not as bad. Still waited a long time and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Third time there was a great girl working there who was helpful and quick and friendly. They need more like her! The last two times were much better maybe because there wasn't a line. I spent nearly $100 on the ice cream last time I was there. When you're treated good you want to support the business, you know? If they had better customer service this place would be very very successful because overall their product is good. But they hire people who don't seem to care about the job or the customers. At least smile and seem like you like your job! If you look miserable you're going to make your customers feel miserable. Why I gave 3 stars: 1 star for they type of ice cream shop - love it! 1 star for product - love it! 1 star for variety - love it! The reason I didn't give 5 stars: -1 needs much better customer service -1 customers don't feel appreciated

Love the different special outings they have. I still have to go for their girls night special and I am not a martini girl but the ones Parque makes are really good. I tried their strawberry and watermelon one. Really good. Tried their crispy artichoke hearts for the first time. Ive been wanting to go back for more since Ive tried them. Parque has continued to impress me. Owner is always so sweet when I see him. So is their GM. Love coming. Love to go work too. I tend to go during their happy hour.

First we walk in and these 2 ladies didn't even greet us they said they were "clocked out". Then why be at the entrance? We then got sat in the back by the waterfall. It smelled like bad sewage. Next we were greeted by our server and never even told us about the happy hour menu, which we would've rather ordered from considering the price difference. Then It got WORSE. When our appetizers were being brought out our server crashed into another server and the shrimp cocktails broke and glass was everywhere. We still were waiting for our order taken. the food took forever. Refills were needed and we kept having to flag her down. after the cocktails fell she disappeared and a man named Manny (who's not a server) took over our table because he recognized my in laws THANK GOD. if It wasn't for manny I think we would've walked out. what made It even worse is our food started to come out and they took It to the WRONG TABLE. Our host was then being attentive to every other table except ours. So Manny took over and made sure we got our food and EVEN got us our drinks! we thanked him and told him he should be a server because he was doing such a great job. We most likely won't go back. DO better!

Located on the first floor of the Inn, you can't miss the entrance once it's dinner time. We went in with no expectations, but were completely blown away with everything Enzo's had to offer! Perfect for a nice dinner date night, I especially liked our booth seat had full wall separation between us and other tables that it didn't feel crowded despite the restaurant actually being relatively packed. Per our waiter's rec (I wish we got his name), we ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and substituted the spaghetti for their Fettuccine Alfredo & the Lemon Broccolini appetizer. They also give complementary warm focaccia bread with oil & balsamic. 11/10. That broccolini had the perfect airy crunch with just the right amount of lemon. For the Alfredo, you just have to try it. the portions are generous, we walked out with leftovers of both still and we shared both plates. If we're ever back in the area, it'll be to have this exact same meal, it was just that dang good!

Server said he thought it was easier to start the corkscrew in the kitchen. Focaccia bread was ok. Olive oil dip was ok. Appetizers: calamari... most were burnt. Needed a redo. Server could plainly see they were burnt but delivered them anyway. Then lied and said some people prefer them well done. Not. Burnt! Pasta: overcooked to mush. Asked for redo, but they had run out of pesto sauce. It took almost 10 minutes to learn that they couldn't redo the dish because no pesto. Lasagna: top was burnt. Server could see it, but delivered anyway. Caprese salad: 3 thin slices of tomatoes with 3 good slices of mozzarella and 3 tiny (almost invisible) basil leaves, with balsamic glaze and 3 thin slices toasted French bread. $14 Dessert: tiramisu and cannoli made on site: excellent! Ordered an espresso martini. 5 mins later, server came back to say they didn't have espresso. Asked if the could make a chocolate martini: they said yes. Poured vodka, heavy cream, chocolate syrup into a martini glass. It was alcohol but not a chocotini. Do NOT recommend. $350 dinner. They comped dessert (that was nice) but overall, no confidence.

I AM MAD AT MYSELF FOR NOT STOPPING ANY SOONER, this little joint is serving some incredible food here! Nestled on Ojai-Santa Paula Road you will find them RIGHT on corner of the technical border of these two cities. This a gem for Santa Paula. Cute little spot in the mountains where you will find indoor and outdoor seating. Menu here had a great variety and the prices are beset reasonable! For $30 bucks I got a eastern burger, an order of taquitos, an order of tater tot's and fries along with two drinks. Great deal in this economy. The western burger was phenomenal as every ingredient in there was of great quality. This burger was a 10/10. The corn taquitos with green salsa were great, a solid 8.5 out of 10. Overall I just can't wait to come back and try some more food! Don't be like me and sleep on this place, you will regret just like I did. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with spicy mayonnaise and Swiss cheese along with an optional order of french fries crispy. So far so good right? I must say when the food arrived after about 20 minutes. It did look mouth watering. Unfortunately, the cheesesteak sandwich was virtually flavor free. No hint of spicy anything and I actually had to add salt to it. It was plenty hot. There seemed to be a lot of it but no flavor. Also, the french fries for some unknown reason looked crispy, but were lukewarm. Anyway, it was 20+ dollars by the time the smoke cleared away and I won't be going back or recommending it to anyone who is interested in food. Probably a nice place to hang out and have a milkshake or soda on the way to or from Santa Paula.

I was dining alone and sat at the bar. It was extremely busy, but Antonia, the bartender, was absolutely killing it. She was nonstop the entire time and clearly doing her best to keep up with everyone, so I definitely want to give her credit. Because it was so busy, it did take a while to get a drink, and my bread came out with my meal. I ordered the filet trio and thought the flavors were really good, but I asked for my steak medium and it came out well done. I was a little disappointed, but I'm not someone who likes to send food back, so I gave it a chance anyway. Another patron mentioned that it isn't normally that busy, so I'm thinking I may have just caught them on an unusually hectic night. The food, atmosphere, and service were still good enough that I'd come back and try it again, hopefully on a quieter evening.
