I have tried Crave cookies but this was my first time trying Crumbl. I got a chocolate chunk and a confetti cookie. The confetti cookie was as expected, very sweet in flavor. The chocolate chunk is more to my liking. I paid -$10 for 2 cookies. These are great for a special treat but pretty expensive to buy often. read more

I am always so happy anytime I get to go to Crumbl. Literally all of their creations are so delicious. On my most recent visit I got to try the Peanut Butter Munch. Incredible! It was topped with puppy chow/muddy buddies. Seriously amazing. The individual cookies are so large that you definitely get more than one serving out of each order. Check the weekly lineup before you go to plan out what you'll order. Flavors are constantly changing! GETTING HERE: Crumbl is located in The Esplanade shopping center in Oxnard. Located across the parking lots from TJ Maxx and The Home Depot, and is next door to Sport Clips Haircuts. REVIEW: The first time I heard Crumbl was in Utah a few months ago. I was so excited to hear we were getting one in Oxnard, and now I see them everywhere. So very excited! These cookies are amazing, flavorful and so delicious. I love that each week the flavors change, and I was told that if you follow them on the Socials you'll find out Sunday night what flavors are coming up for the week. I haven't yet tried the ice cream, but believe me I will. As soon as it cools down, I'm on it and I will let you know. The front counter staff has been very nice and helpful, and I love that when they hand you your order they open the top of the box (so you can Yelp a great pic!) and to ensure your order is correct. There has been a very happy vibe each time I have been in the store. The employees are happy to be there and to be serving such yummy cookies. Definitely get their app so you can earn crumbs! Every cookie I have ordered so far has been excellent, so I cannot narrow down my actual favorite. :) That's a hard decision. Sweet cookies. Sweet service. Highly recommend! read more

I waited long enough for the hype to calm down and finally decided to check out this location. I've had Crumbl before in another state and you seriously can't go wrong with their weekly variety of flavors. We stopped by around 5pm Friday. No crowd only a couple people in line. The person taking our order was super friendly and helpful. We ordered this week's raspberry cheesecake, french silk pie and of course milk chocolate chip. They were all delcious and rich in flavor. The cookie consistency isperfect : in between chewy and a crumble which i personally love. If you are getting cookies for your little ones they can def split one since they are pretty big. The person who gave us our order was friendly too. The whole team seemed great. Will be back for more cookies! read more

I recently visited this newly opened store and it went as I expected...thought there was no line at 10am. And running as efficiently as a store thats literally been open for less than 10 days at this point. The storefront feels little smaller than the other locations that I've visited ( Valencia and Northridge), but the process of ordering is similar and familiar. When I got my order home, was very happy with the quality of the cookies that I bought. So this store is providing a consistency (of the cookies) that you'd expect from a franchise. For those who have never had crumble the cookies they are on the "high-end"side...the per cookie price may be shocking if you've never bought such a cookie. That said, the cookie itself is big and sinfully rich in every way...for my money totally worth the price of admission, particularly their weekly special cookies, which are on a completely different level...in terms of sinfulness, quality and creativity! Super cute place and very friendly staff... Although you order at a kiosk or online and just pick up the cookies from employees when your order is ready. The cookies are beautiful, the little boxes are super cute and overall it's a great concept. The snickerdoodle cookie I tried was pretty good and a peanut butter one I sampled was delicious too but the chocolate chip one had that sort of fake chemically taste and that you often find in store-bought chocolate chip cookies... We visited a second time, and I tried a piece of the frosted sugar cookie-which I was thinking would compare to the kind you can buy in the grocery store- especially around Easter ... But the frosting was just really bad- honestly no one in our group of four wanted to eat that cookie and it got thrown away.! I'm sure it's all a matter of taste, and some people will absolutely love the cookies that I didn't... But I would say it's a hit or miss and for $5 and over 700cal each- I will pass! read more

Always a great place for dessert! It's nice they have a rotating menu of different, speciality cookies! Some better than others, but it always makes getting a sampler box fun to sample and share with loved ones! I only wish they had some not so extravagant options sometimes lol. I know I probably sound ungrateful, but I'd love just a really good peanut butter chocolate chip, or a white chocolate macadamia nut, idk something to rival good ole Mrs Fields perhaps? Nonetheless, they are a cute, bright and fun lil shop with a nice staff manning the station. Side note, while waiting for our warm goodies, I did notice that multiple team members took turns helping each customer in line. They all worked really well as a team. Overall "good." I like that this Crumbl location isn't exceedingly busy - I can pretty much always get in and out quickly. Cookies are expensive, and for the price I would like to say they're all hits for me, but some are misses, and that gets really frustrating when you're spending this much money on hugely unhealthy food. PROS: The cookies I've tried that have fresh fruit have been amazing. The cookies that are just purely chocolate or chocolate on chocolate tend to be great - very strong bold chocolate cookies. Presentation is always great - the cookies look beautiful and are consistent in appearance. No sloppy work here. CONS: The sugar cookies are super boring imo. The basic frosting is also very dull. They use the same base frosting with little or no difference on a lot of their cookies, so it gets old (from a flavor perspective) for me quickly. Some of their themes and ideas are novel, but don't translate into a success in terms of flavors and ratios of flavors. It's like pushing themselves to do SO many varieties means some of them are just not good ideas! eg: recent peanut butter madness sort of cookie with peanut butter cookie, peanuts in the cookie and peanut butter inside and on top of cookie. It was too much like just eating peanut butter straight from the jar. Stuck all over my mouth and hard to swallow. It sounded good on the idea board, but it didn't work for me. Overall I like seeing the different variety every week, sad they're closed Sundays, and glad they're open late on the other nights. Staff has always been polite and friendly to me. They make the order kiosk system easy to use. Glad they have "points" so I eventually get some free cookies. :) Last thing I'll say is the more I try their cookies the better I get a predicting which ones I'll like and which ones I should take a pass on.
