The cookies here are over cooked. I feel like in the beginning people were complaining about them being undercooked (which definitely wasn't the problem) and they super over compensated. I was really excited to hear that Crumbl Cookies was opening in Oxnard. It's located right by Chipotle in the Esplanade shopping plaza. I ordered a cookie using their app so I didn't have to wait for it. It was ready for pick up when I arrived. They had two lines. The line on the left was for pick up orders and the line in the right is to order. Their cookie flavors change every week except for the Chocolate Chip Cookie. When I saw they had a pumpkin flavored cookie I knew I had to try it. And I have to say the Caramel Pumpkin is my favorite cookie so far! It was a soft cookie that was filled with pumpkin spice flavor. It was really delicious and the cookie was big! Definitely shareable. It's definitely pricey at about $5 per cookie but I'd come back and try another flavor that sounds good. read more

So clean, friendly, and efficient! I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my cookies.

I am ecstatic that a Crumbl location opened so close to home! I had been before, but only while I was out of state. This location had a fantastic modern vibe, and the staff was super friendly and working hard. I placed my order and it was up within a few minutes, there must have been at least a dozen employees working and everything seemed very efficient. My favorite that I ordered was the Cinnamon Frybread, but they were all fantastic! They were unfortunately out of the Oreo Mallow sandwich, I will have to try it next time it's on the menu. With all the hype parking can be tricky right now, so I recommend parking to the right of Chipotle where there are a lot of open spaces. People ended up waiting outside for their orders since there is minimal standing room in the store. The cookies are SUPER rich, so order accordingly. I will definitely be back soon! read more

First of all, I don't want to admit I've been to several Crumbl, but seeing as this business only had a few reviews, I felt it needed another! Crumbl Cookies is a chain food spot, and it has recently gotten so popular..... with reason!!!! Those cookies are amazinggggggg!!!!!!! I have only heard a few that disliked them.. they clearly don't know good cookies. The flavors change on a weekly basis, I recommend visiting their Instagram account to check out the flavors of the week! However, ones to try are the chocolate chip (they are served warm and delicious!!!!!) and the regular frosted sugar cookie (with the pink icing). The special ones we tried this week were the pop tarts flavor with stars every filling, but can I name every flavor I've tried in the last year or so in several locations? No. But my taste buds remember them! This is a pretty small place, remember you can order online, at the side screen inside or with the cashier at the front of the store! They also have ice cream, though I've never tried it. However, so know that sometimes their lines are out the door (especially at night)... oh yeah! They are open late for those after-dinner dessert cravings!! Just be aware.... They are big cookies, so one or two is more than enough! And they will take a couple days to get stale if you don't eat them quickly enough or if you get too many. Either way, most definitely recommend!!!! Happy Cookie time! read more

This is really scary, don't go here unless you want to find wonderful, tasty, fresh, huge cookies that you will try to eat less than a whole cookie but won't be able to. These high calorie cookies will make your mouth water and your weight increase. If you are one of those people that can eat anything without putting on any weight, I hate you :) Thats it, off to Macy's to buy new pants so I can keep eating these. Crumbl is a pretty solid cookie chain. It actually amazes me how large it is on the inside and how many workers they have making all of these cookies. I do wish they had a much larger drink selection, but milk and water have to suffice. The cookies here range from being very cakey to some fairly dense chocolate chip ones. The packaging is nice and overall everything seems neat, clean and efficient. The customer service is great also. 10 out of 10, I'd recommend this place to a friend. read more
