These are some dense cookies that excel in the packaging/presentation department. Flavor-wise I didn't spit them out but surely didn't struggle to set them down or hesitate to pick them up. I've never had a nasty sugar cookie but wasn't impressed or wowed. For the price, I'd expect a wow factor across the board. YUM. This was my first time trying Crumbl and I wasn't sure whether it would live up to the hype. We tried the French Silk and raspberry cheesecake cookies. Both were amazing. The frosting on the French Silk really tastes just like the pie filling, and the raspberry cheesecake had a buttery graham cracker cookie base with creamy cheesecake frosting and the most delicious raspberry sauce. Unfortunately this is far away from Santa Barbara, I wish they would open a location here! These cookies are definitely worth the price. read more

I can't believe the negative reviews on this yelp! If I had an undercooked $4 cookie I would throw it in the oven. Throw it away?!! In this economy?!! Y'all are wild. Being upset at a business that is clearly just opening over not being able to get a phone order/curbside?!! Y'all are lazy. I cannot. Anyways!!! I made my first trip to Crumbl on Friday, July 1st right after I got off work at 10:45 pm. My master plan was the later it was the smaller the line would be. When I got there the line was wrapped around the building to the street. Apparently I wasn't the only one with a late night sweet tooth. I could not believe I was about to stand in this long ass line for cookies. To my surprise I was in the front of the line in less than 30 minutes. I was so excited. All the staff was EXTREMELY friendly. I was impressed I can only imagine the insanity they had to endure during this grand opening shift. I had the pleasure of ordering every single flavor. I'm glad I did because YUM. Chocolate chip- PERFECT. Soft, gooey, warm just like a fresh out of the oven cookie should be. Golden Oreo- The winner. Hands down best one out of the bunch. I can't even describe this one but my boyfriend and I were fighting over it. We didn't even want to share this with the kids lol. Chocolate PB- delicious. VERY rich and chocolatey. Would not recommend if you aren't a chocolate enthusiast. Confetti- only one I wouldn't order again. Just okay. Coconut lime- I didn't taste. I hate coconut, my friend seemed to enjoy it. Cinnamon roll- delicious. It had a cinnamon sugar swirl that is kind of a weird texture at first but once it gets working in the palate it's actually quite lovely and with some hot coffee in the morning, perfection. The cookies I received were so delicious!! I placed an order on the app and just sent my bf to go pick it up. There was a line outside at night but if you do a pick-up you can just go right in without waiting. I love Crumbl cookies and always make sure to grab a box every time I'm in a city that has one. I'm glad that they finally decided to open this location in Ventura County. These were cooked perfectly so they were firm on the outside but still warm and slightly fluffy on the inside. I really was excited to try this place. There was a small line when I arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday. I ordered 4 regular chocolate chip and two toffee flavo. At $5 per cookie I had high hopes. After I paid and was waiting for my order the worker came over and informed me the toffee flavor would be a 30 minute wait. I said no, I would just take two more chocolate chip. Why wasn't this communicated before i paid? I received my order, went home and tried the cookie. It tasted uncooked, doughy and not very sweet. My family agreed. The cookies although massive and alluring to the eye but, the textures were sad soft and cake like, far from a cookie. Don't get me wrong the flavors were amazing the combo of the dough and toppings mixed perfect and would satisfy a sweet tooth. This was my first experience at a Crumbl Cookie and I can understand it's novelty. Some of their cookies are very good and better than what you can bake at home, but some are just average at best. I stopped in this location one weekday afternoon and it was not busy at all. Parking was easy, but I can see how it can be hard to find parking since it shares a parking lot with many other businesses. The menu is very simple to follow and order from. All the cookies looked great, but the best of the ones ordered were the Coconut-Caramel (mystery) cookie and the sugar cookie because their textures were soft and tasted not too sweet. The brownie and chocolate chip cookies were average and might have been better if they were softer and warmer. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. I wished their store had a few tables so customers can enjoy fresh cookies on-site. This place is good, but I would not drive to the Esplanade Center in Oxnard just for this. read more

I've been waiting for this location to open since I first drove by in Fall 2021. I was first introduced to Crumbl when a family member from Utah brought them to a gathering. I was hooked on the sugar cookie with pink icing right away and started my search for locations near me wherever I went. I've read some of the complaints on the earlier reviews of this location and think they were made during the soft opening when they weren't yet offering all services yet. All I know is when I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, the place was busy but running like a well oiled machine. It took me longer to write about how pleased I am with my experience than to order, pay, and pick up my cookies. Looking forward to discovering the changing menu in weeks to come. read more

Went for the soft opening so there was a bit of a line but it moved quickly and the staff was doing a good job. I liked the ordering process and we got our cookies pretty quickly so I have nothing bad to say about the employees or the place itself. The cookies however are just not good. They taste like big expensive versions of the cookies you would find at any grocery store. Overly sweet and artificial tasting, no density at all and as others have said they seemed under cooked. At over 4 dollars per cookie it needs to be better than this and it just isn't. Since my trip to this location I tried a different Crumbl in Northridge just to compare and the cookies were exactly the same so it's not an issue of this location being bad, it's just the way the Crumbl makes their cookies. They seem to be popping up all over the place so clearly people like it but I'm not a fan. read more

Cookies (some flavors) are good. Service today was ridiculously sub par. The woman at the front counter immediately said to me as soon as I ordered my 4 pack of iced oatmeal cookies, "we are running low on cookies right now so I can do 2 of any flavor" to which I immediately thought in my own head "oh hell no, this is not what we are doing tonight!" So I politely asked her "is this a corporate policy to limit cookies to only 2?" Knowing damn well just the night before I had ordered 4 of a different flavor (chocolate chunk). She repeated the same phrase about just running low on cookies and that they'd still have other customer for the night (but it was okay that the Tres Leches had a post it on the menu that said "sold out for tonight") and that they'd have options too. 1. If those customers wanted some, come to the store earlier, that not MY problem because just like the Tres Leches, if y'all run out, y'all ran out, period. 2. If you saw you were running low since earlier, well then put your grown up employee hat on and fire up the ovens to make some more! Again, not MY problem. I drove specifically for this flavor on the last day of the week it would be available before menu change so I wasn't about to pick other flavors we don't like or pay full price for two singles as she initially suggested. Now I'm no Ken/Karen, but best believe I got my 4 cookies although I should NOT have had to go through the outrageous hassle to do so. read more

I bought all six flavors chocolate chip, blueberry icee frosting, cornbread, s'more, birthday, and apple pie. Chocolate chip was the only one eaten. It was soft chewy but more like under baked chewy. Blueberry icee is exactly that, however, it does not taste good as an frosting. Apple pie was a mess and super greasy. S'mores taste ok but in small bites. This is coming from a chocolate lover. Blueberry icee and birthday is the same vanilla super sweet cookie. My toddler didn't even eat and only played with they icing.
