Can I give this location 0 stars? Ordered, told them I was here for pick up, parked in the spot and nothing. There was a reason I didn't want to walk in and pick up. The employees are doing nothing but chatting and goofing off. They weren't even friendly or polite when I walked in. Last time I'll order from this place. There are more cookie/dessert places. Too many time I came in this store telling them the small dab of frosting on the top is not like the cookie they have on display. OH !! ONE MORE THING!!! Whoever is coming up with these damn recipes please please stop using your damn rasberry jelly on the cookies I found a dead small worm in the puree and will never order anything rasberry from you ever again. People aren't looking but I know raspberries have worms so I'm always cautious. WHATEVER your cleaning process is it isn't working. I showed the manager the dead worm too one time. Small green worm literally inside the puree. There's no way I put it there as the puree was untouched. Stop doing rasberry or use some fake stuff that has no dead worms. Raw ass cookies. I expected them to be pretty good especially considering how much hype they had especially with that price. I went and I was deceived lol I was actually really mad because I spent 50 dollars on raw cookies ....also there are too many people(kids) there, not good, they're probably the reason cookies are raw‍ again Idk but the cookies aren't worth the price especially if they are raw, I had gotten these cookies for my co workers and well they all said theirs were under cooked and doughy so.... Honestly rather go to subway. Not only that a couple hours later the co workers who had the under cooked cookies said that they were having stomach problems... Horrible service. Order cookies and when I got home open box and it looks like cookie had been bitten. It was not a broken cookie cause the other part was not there. My daughter and I finally stopped by to try this place out. What was suppose to be one cookie that we planned on sharing turned into a purchase of 4 cookies, ($16). The cookies we chose were the apple pie (highly recommend), the s'more (2nd one we'd recommend), birthday (although this one was delicious we really enjoyed the first two flavors-apple pie and s'mores) and the chocolate chip cookie. The pink package box was a cute addition. A bit pricey for four cookies but it was a awesome experience. read more

This location is always clean. The crew here is always very polite and friendly. Love that they show you your cookies before closing up the box to assure they're to your liking. First time crumble cookie experience here. We opted to try a 6 pack of cookies which came out to about $31. Yes a bit step in price but one cookie could feed 4 people. They are big cookies and fairly heavy. We got chocolate chip, French toast , sugar cookie and an everything cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was good and had the texture of a biscuit. It doesn't taste like your average store bought chocolate chip cookie that's super sweet. They definitely have their own taste and texture. The french toast cookie was excellent and something I would get again. The sugar cookie was to sweet for my liking and the frosting was way to heavy and sweet. The everything cookie was definitely an experience. The everything cookie was a bit salty but also sweet. It mimicked the flavor of an everything bagel almost to a T and the frosting tasted like a sweet cream cheese. It was satisfying in a weird way. The customer service was good and prompt. Our cookies came out warm and we're ready within 3-5 min. Everybody seemed to be working hard. You can watch them making the cookies right behind the cash register. I will definitely be back but probably only to buy 1 or 2 cookies.These cookies are more of a novelty then anything. I really have nothing to complain about. Yes it's expensive but the prices are available for you to see and it's your decision to buy them so I think complaining about prices is more your fault for the purchase more then Crumble. read more

So excited to have a crumbl in the area. It is evident the staff works so hard and is working to accommodate the large crowds they draw due to the delicious nature of their cookies. The soft cookies are a staple of crumbl and what draws the crowds. Any new business will have a line especially on a holiday weekend, but the staff was attentive, and kind and moving as quick as they could to get everyone served. Saw the height for this place. And it was a big letdown. We ordered four all of them were a little raw. The Oreo cookie was the best of the ones we got. I just had the best customer service from Crumbl in Oxnard. My first delivery was lost, so I called and they sent another order free of charge, and when that order was taking longer than expected I called back to check in and they were trying to see if they could personally deliver it to us. I'm not sure what the hype is about these cookies. I think it's a great idea that they rotate the flavors and their open kitchen concept is great, packaging is cute. The wait time is short and their online app makes purchasing simple and streamline but, I did not think the cookies were all that great and thus, the three stars. It reminds me of a cookie recipe where the cookie dough is all the same and some ingredients added to make it different. The cookies are large in size but for the price I would expect them to be. The cookies where a little too dry for my liking. I guess it's different taste for different folks but for me, I didn't think they were extraordinary. read more
