My first delivery was lost, so I called and they sent another order free of charge, and when that order was taking longer than expected I called back to check in and they were trying to see if they could personally deliver it to us. I'm not sure what the hype is about these cookies. I think it's a great idea that they rotate the flavors and their open kitchen concept is great, packaging is cute. The wait time is short and their online app makes purchasing simple and streamline but, I did not think the cookies were all that great and thus, the three stars. It reminds me of a cookie recipe where the cookie dough is all the same and some ingredients added to make it different. The cookies are large in size but for the price I would expect them to be. The cookies where a little too dry for my liking. I guess it's different taste for different folks but for me, I didn't think they were extraordinary. read more

I went today for the first time and my experience overall was good - order filled quickly, counter staff very nice. I got a choc chip, peanut butter choc chip and toffee cookie. They were all good - but I feel the choc chip was undercooked, and both the choc chip and PB had very few chocolate chips! I took many bites when it was only cookie dough, no chips. The toffee cookie was quite sweet, but as it had whipped cream on it you need to eat it quickly or get it into the refrigerator as it starting melting on my way home! They definitely taste better though than store bought cookies, but need to step up the game abit for the price! I also wish they had more than 5 types of cookies per week...that is a limited selection. But I will go back - and maybe I got a weird batch that had limited choc chips but hopefully this will be increased in time! read more

I usually only visit Crumbl for an occasional treat but my extended fam has been visting it sort of often and bring them over. Good stuff! I really fancy the semi sweet or milk choc chip cookies. But also love the cheesecake ones and strawberry i.c bar one. read more

Pretty great cookies! Artisanal. The rotating flavors will keep you interested to come back! As a cookie itself, it's very fluffy (?), almost as if it's heavy on the baking powder. Cookies are about as debatable as pizza toppings--everyone will have their preference and mine is not with Crumbl. But hey, try it out! read more

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received from here. Usually it's decent, we go in, we get our cookies, and we leave. But tonight, we were disrespected continuously and our online order was given to other customers. When we came in tonight, 4 of our 6 cookies were chocolate chip. We were told there were no more chocolate chip cookies, we asked what was left and all that was left was a plain sugar cookie. We tried to proceed with a refund but the workers couldn't figure out how to refund us. We decided to get our 4 sugar cookie replacements, plus our 2 other cookies (lemon raspberry). We were then informed that they sold the last lemon raspberry cookies to the customers that came in after us (keep in mind we had placed our order 30 minutes prior to coming in). We asked why they gave away our lemon cookies and they said they weren't able to complete our order since they were out of some of the other ones we ordered. We let them know that we had already paid for the lemon cookies and they still gave them away. Workers were disrespectful, had no replacement cookies to offer, and couldn't figure out how to refund us. Additionally, they were disrespectful, telling us "just come back tomorrow," however we pre-ordered the cookies for family who was stopping by for the night. Amazing Experience! This was my first time trying Crumbl Cookies and I was very happy. The cookies were very big in the size, so I felt that it was appropriate for the price that they charged. They make the cookies on the spot, so they felt very fresh and hot. My favorite was the Milk Chocolate and the Lemon Poppy Seed cookies. This place is great. I love the new flavors every week. I had to try it when I saw their social media account. I love that the cookies are huge I love sharing one with my kiddo. However, I like going when they first open, because in the evening o gosh it is crazy!! When I did a curbside pick up in my first visit there was no place to park. People were blocking the parkings spots. Then my app told me that my cookies were delivered even though I didn't even have them in my possession I had to call the store and describe my car and where I parked it was far from the store but my son was asleep in the car and I couldn't get out. I would suggest that if you want to stay away from the crazy lines go in the day time. The staff is super friendly and so helpful! Love it! read more

Major letdown. I truly don't understand the trend. The physical set up is inefficient; there is one cashier and a constant line out the door. Meanwhile, there are 15-20 employees shaping and weighing cookie dough in the back. They weigh each cookie before it gets baked to the exact ounce, pinching off bits of dough to ensure they are all the exact same size (screams corporate values... maybe cut some labor and put more effort into the product instead???). The cookies are far too cakey and do not "melt in your mouth" as advertised. The chocolate chips taste like they are derived from paraffin wax rather than cocoa. The floor is far from clean which makes an all-white interior a peculiar choice. Overall a disappointment and will not be returning. read more

The cookies, most are good. Good meaning if i had the energy to make them all i would do that instead of paying 4$ a cookie. I like that they change their "specialty of the week" so you wont get bored. The boxes are darling and so is the cookie cutter which you press down onto the cookie of choice and get 4 pieces or even go to 8 pieces with it! One of the glitches is on the nutritional value one cookie really equals cutting it in four pieces and 1/4 of the cookie is the serving size. Maybe I'm just not that much of a cookie lover because other people I know raves about them but try it -you can only make that decision for yourself! read more

The cookies seemed to be under cooked at this location. I've tried the Valencia location and the flavors they offered were just ok. I love a crispy outside and soft middle but the middle was way too soft seemingly under cooked. I found myself just eating the outer portion. I absolutely love these cookies. They can seem pricey but for the large and delicious cookies they sell, it's worth the price in my book. They have the milk chocolate chip pretty steadily and then five other rotating flavors. I have tasted some definite winners (anything cheesecake, the waffle, pecan pie, and lemon bar just to name a few) and some that didn't meet the mark (pop tart and peachy). All in all, I love the creativity and variety of the flavors. I usually get one of each of the weekly flavors, cut them into sixths and do a taste test with the family (that way everyone gets to try everything and you don't feel like you're eating too much at once). I suggest paying attention to which are served chilled if you aren't going to eat them right away (it makes a difference in the taste). I've had the cookies last at least 4 days. Lastly, each time I have gone into the Oxnard store the staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and while there are a lot of staff present it doesn't look like anyone is just standing around. I went into Crumbl last week and I will just say that I am PLEASED with the cookies and especially the customer service. I was helped with this worker named Anthony or somebody... I don't remember that well. And he was so nice and ecstatic! Service was amazing and fast and I got my order in less than a minute. I also got a military discount and a sticker with a smile!
