He said it was the recipe of someone's grandmother. something authentic, and it was LEGIT! The flavor and the spaetzles were amazing. I brought a bowl for my mom and dad also. My dad's mom used to make it, as did my mom. We were told that they only have this on Thursdays and Fridays, but sometimes they have some in the refrigerator. This place is a gas station convenience store, which may be a little off putting, but the food was good and the guy took good care of us too.
