They were unable to get to it but that's just life in Lake with these days. They called me the next morning with a quote and had the card done by the end of the day. Person at front desk could not find name in the system (We have been taking car to Conrad's for years AND purchased the tires from Conrad's) Then he finally found our name and actually complained rudely and said it was our fault he couldn't find name because we used our land line number! Then he printed out the service required for acceptance. We questioned the price...he said it was higher because of synthetic oil. Told him car does not need synthetic, regular oil is listed in maintenance manual. He said LEXUS informed Conrad's to use synthetic, Our the last oil change with my maint. service was at LEXUS and they used regular oil. They take time to diagnose the issue instead of throwing parts. They know what a torque wrench is, why it's important, and they USE IT! I go in and ask the lady (with the owner of the business sitting right there) and both the lady & owner said you have to make an appointment ... for putting air in the tires, because there were only 2 tech's working. It's a tire store of which we've purchased many sets of tires there ... plus for years they maintained my 3 vehicles. This kind of customer treatment is what turns a regular customer to a non customer for a 5 minute job. I hope Mr. Tire realizes our business from this establishment is now over.
