The thing is, with a wet sump oil system, I can't take my car to any Joe Shmo oil change place and I've even been advised to avoid dealerships; these guys don't know what they are doing. The car has to be running for so long, the temperature has to be just right, all of these variables have to be met before changing the oil. I decided to take a chance on Mangol's because the reviews were incredible. I was so pleased when I called; Rob was very kind, got me right in, answered all of my questions when I was there in person and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!!! I TRUST HIM.

We took our daughter's car in because her air conditioning stopped working. They said it need a new…read morecompressor and it cost $1200 to repair. The car was running fine and no warning lights were on. After they repaired the air conditioner, two miles from the shop, the check engine light started flashing. They said it was safe to drive, and to bring it back in. It isn't ok to drive a car that is misfiring, so I had it towed to the shop. They then said it needed a new knock sensor $90 and replaced that. Then all sorts of warning lights started flashing and they said it needed a new ABS Pump & Module $1289. At this point we were hamstrung and reluctantly agreed. Roughly $3500 later, on the way home again the airbag light went on and the fasten seat belt light started flashing. At this point I wouldn't trust them to open the car door, let alone attempt to fix anything ever again. Lesson learned, don't take your car to Mangols.

I elected to purchase the tires from Mr. Tire over other places due to this $100 instant rebate. I dropped my van off one the night before the scheduled. I asked the price to verify the quote. I was told $100 more than my original quote. I had Mr. Tire do the work since the price was comparable to other tire places. During the courtesy inspection, I was told that I needed a new cabin filter, wipers, and alignment. I declined to getting the cabin filter, and wipers but elected to do the alignment. Upon picking up my Honda Odyssey on a Friday evening, I noticed that I was charged $26.99 for a cabin air filter. I figured since they charged me, I won't go back in and complain since its done. However, I decided to check the cabin filter myself and it was not replaced. I went back to Mr. Tire on Saturday for a refund. I took my cabin filter inside to show that it was not replaced. The customer service agent didn't know what to do. He went to another room and talked with someone. He came back and informed me that they could not give me a refund as it was a day after the purchase. I had to call the corporate office to get a refund. I do not understand how you can't give a refund when you offer price protection; if you find a lower price in 30 days on many items, Mr. Tire will refund you the difference. Mr. Tire offered me a free oil change. I accepted the oil change, though I was still paying $26.99 for it since I was not getting refunded. Noted in the picture is the mileage sticker. 101,840 at time of service. Look at my mileage from a day after the tires were completed. 101,182. Off by over 700 miles. I would not recommend Mr. Tire for tires or vehicle maintenance.

It took a few times to find the actual issue with my car, but when they did, they gave me a refund on a new part they had installed that wasn't needed in the end (since they misdiagnosed). They also offered to pay for a rental car if they needed to keep it overnight the last time I had the issue, but they didn't end up needing to. Rob, who I believe is the manager, was really great. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was going on. He also seemed genuinely concerned when I kept having issues. I will be going here exclusively going forward.

As a single woman who live alone with one car i was panicked being without and they said it would be done that day (which it was) but by 5 pm i heard nothing when i called to reach out with questions i was give an attitude which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. It was done right before they closed for the night and was a good value ($40) for a tire patch but again couldn't shake the rude customer service i received. This was the most deceptive and scam-like experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop…read more Here is what happened: I needed a brake job on my rear brakes, including brake pads, rotors, and a caliper. I called on Saturday to get a price estimate and clearly mentioned the exact trim of my car. I was quoted a price between $750-$850. In hindsight, this price appears to have simply been a hook to get the business. After I had my car towed to the shop and dropped the keys in the drop box, I was contacted the next day and told that the original quote had been given by a "sub." Suddenly, the price for the exact same job jumped to $1,350. I do not mind paying a fair price for quality work, but I do mind deceptive business practices. I was told the person who gave the original quote would be fired, which honestly sounded like another excuse rather than a real explanation. At this point, I was already exhausted dealing with the situation and did not have the energy to arrange another tow and move the car to a different shop. Based on my experience, I would avoid this shop unless you are comfortable dealing with misleading estimates, significantly inflated prices, and an extremely condescending shop owner.
