The fellas replaced them in less than 24 hours for exactly the price they quoted. I even asked them to eyeball the brakes and tires, and they told me I was at 40% on the brakes and was good on tires for a while too. That is an opportunity to get your customers back by building trust. I'll be back to Mickey's next time I need work done on my car.

They replace the transmission in the time frame they promised, and they charged me the low end of their quote. If you need any transmission work done, this is your place!

We arrived after boating across the bay at 4:40pm and as we pulled up, the kid working said that they were out of gas as he was putting locks on the pumps. However, the boat ahead of us was in the process of fueling up. As we inquired, the answer changed to, "We are closed." He was no help in helping us dock and if it wasn't for the nice lady working saying, "I don't know why he said that because we are indeed open until 5:00". Caleb probably wanted to just get out of there but when you boat across the whole bay with little fuel, if it wasn't for the nice girl we would have been stranded in the marina. Overall Caleb gets an F for customer service and for lying. We will avoid getting fuel from this place again.

My brother-in-law had Steve's fix his vehicles so decided to give this business a shot when I suspected my 2005 Toyota Camry rear suspension needed help. I took the car in at 9:00 and it was done by 2:30. My prior mechanic on Pearl Rd. took three freaking days to fix my windshield wipers! With my approval, Steve replaced shocks, struts, coil springs, links, etc. in addition to replacing serpentine belt and doing an oil change. With labor and tax, it was $900 which I expected. He recommended but did not push replacement of the battery and said brakes, steering and front suspension looked good. Also, he warranties parts and labor for one year. The bill names every part used and the brand so you're not guessing if they're generic parts. We just picked up my husband's 2008 Jeep Patriot from Steve's. We had the rear brakes and serpentine belt replaced (he likes to change those to prevent damage to your older motor and other parts). It was done in one day and was about $600. He's not the cheapest mechanic in town, but he's honest, very efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Steve's Auto. Frankly, I'm shocked there are only two reviews for this excellent business.

This female wasn't there in the old days and she may have the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. I literally almost went back In after dropping off my keys and saying "nevermind, I'll go elsewhere" and I should have. All it I had was a basic 36000 mile tune up, no mechanical "issues". First I get a call it wouldn't be done until the next day because the hours are cut way back. So that's fine, luckily I had the day off. I did need new brakes on the back so I did that too. I pick it up, way more expensive than I expected but I was pot committed. The ride home I hear noise, have to turn around and drive back and have the brakes adjusted because they're rubbing, inconvenient to say the least. They adjust it and off I go and somehow since the "tune up" it just rides worse than when I took it in, can't put my finger on it, just not a good ride and it's only 4 year old vehicle. I'd say with the hours open (not good),the price (not impressive), the hassle and running of the vehicle (very disappointing) and the lady's customer service (horrendous) this is just another mechanic.

NEVER will I return and I will be sure to steer others far away from Parma Tire.

The dash light came on for the monitors after they replaced them. So I returned to have them correct it. Dash light still stayed on. Wasn't going back a 3rd time so tried Parma Tire in Brunswick instead. Glad I did. The guys were very nice and fixed the problem for about $25. They could have charged me a lot more and to be honest I wouldn't even know if I was getting ripped. So they earned my respect. On top of that, the guy took the time to actually show me, with the actual parts, what was wrong and how they fixed it so I could better understand the situation. I will be back.

They replaced the engine in my old truck and it started throwing all kinds of codes and stalling at…read morehighway speeds. Brought it to them again and it took them a week to replace the crankshaft sensor. Okay I understand it was difficult to get it out. But it did nothing and they still charged me $$$$. Bought a cheap code scanner and figured out I have maf and knock sensor codes. Replaced the MAF sensor myself and boom no more stalling. Something that took them many days to fail to figure out. Knock sensors are much more difficult on 5.3L so I had to take the intake off. Intake manifold bolts are all torqued differently by them. The hose to brake booster had no clamp on the end of it so if the hose pops off I would kinda lose brakes. They also put cheapest no name knock sensors in it. No voltage reading with my multimeter when you knock on it. Replaced with AC Delco. Now my truck finally works well. That's all you need to know about Bob's Automotive.

Mike is not part of that operation so any reviews from CA are not referring to the one in South Euclid. Second, I have been going to Mike at Pinnacle since before he started his own company. Both my cars (2004 Honda Accord and 2005 Chevy Classic) are in top shape. He is the reason my 2004 Honda Accord is at 255,000 and still going with great (30+) MPG. When he looks at a problem he will also look for anything else that may or is needing repair, and how soon that repair is needed .. and he gives me estimates. That may raise the visit cost but prevents problems later while on the road. He and Mike Jr are totally trustworthy and know what they are doing.
