While he was here,he said he would come back to finish up what needed done and do a couple of other things as well. I leave for a little bit to go to the bank,him and his helper conveniently ended their day. He again assured me that he would be back. I've tried to call to leave messages. I've also texted at the numbers at the numbers provided already this year to see if I can schedule them to come out. I've heard nothing back. Although he seems to be pretty good,ghosting the fuck out of me is unprofessional. I'm in Cleveland and not that far if that's the issue. But Randy told me he used to go out of state to work on RV's. But at what cost? Their customer service was terrible! We waited days for responses from their team! They charged us roughly $25,000 for a roll over tow and a clean up. It felt as if we were being purposely price gouged to an extreme to force us to use our insurance. Their lack of communication was unacceptable along with their poor customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anybody! The owner Micheal also wasn't happy by my word of choice in an email by saying "per usual" referring to their lack of communication and decided to add $7,000 to our bill as "storage fees" that he previously agreed to not charge us. He also wouldn't release the truck unless we zelled them the difference between what the insurance covered and what was left over ($5,000). He would not let us use a credit card because he was scared we would dispute the charge. That alone says a lot about the type of company Micheal runs. "I will not risk a charge back" , these are his words. I've been in the trucking industry for over 5 years and have never been forced to pay a bill via Zelle or my truck wouldn't be released. On a side note, Jenn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with as are most of his employees.

We took our car there for a thermostat issue. They fixed the issue in the same day and the price was reasonable and better than your commercial/name brand garages.
