Recently I have crowned GetGo the king of gas station/convenient stores thanks to its excellent and delicious selection of hot food you can order (personally dethroning both Sheetz and WaWa). I stopped at my first ever Ohio location on Friday while driving from Buffalo to Chicago in need of a fast dinner. This location was super clean and and the staff were all pretty friendly. I ended up ordering some of the chicken wings and the special chicken tender sub that he macaroni and cheese on it, yes, you heard me right. My warning for the wings is to not order them if you are in a hurry, they do take roughly 9 minutes to make which I learned the hard way (can't blame them, they tell you right away). The chicken/macaroni sandwich was delicious and way better then you should be getting or even expecting. The wings were top notch as well, lightly breaded, fried, and packing a bit of crunch. Overall, this place is the top of the line when it comes to gas stations and the perfect place to stop if you are in a hurry and want some super tasty food, give them a try! read more

Says on web site that this location opens at 5:30. arrived at 5:38 to locked doors and an employee continuously motioning to me that they opened at 6 and refusing to acknowledge me after I tried to show her through the glass that the web site says they open at 5:30. The electronic sign in the window said open and so did the sign on the door. My son had left my gas on E and no other gas stations opened until 6 so I had no choice but to wait. I could not try to drive anywhere else. Not bothered by wait or the actual opening time, just the inaccuracy about the opening time on the web site and the employee's rude behavior and lack of skills to deal with it. read more

I can alway count on Get Go for almost everything especially the gas. I find it that they have great prices, it's also a great place if you want anything to eat and tried if these hum drum fast food joints. You always find me at one of the these places read more

(That reminds me...there's a recently exposed wide open gaping pot hole on West 150th, that I should write a 5 star review on, just because it's AWESOME, ENGAGING, disintegrated PERFECTION, will instantly take you to ANOTHER LEVEL...and it's LOCAL.) I'm probably uninformed---and foolish---but to me, Gas is Gas is Gas. I' ve always pumped the one "in the middle", and my cars have run just fine. Actually, this review is not for gas---or the car wash or the restrooms. It's for a refreshing cold beverage. An ICY cold one. Even with the wind chill at 30 below lately, eat something HOT just to sip this fruity sweet treat, bursting with flavorful teeth-chattering frozen crystals. SUPER BERRY SMOOTHIE I've known only a few "smoothies" in my life---from various spots---and never wanted to try a second one from any of them. THIS one, however, is brrrfection. (couldn't resist.) It IS very sweet---much too sweet for a single session, so I refrigerate it, then savor for 2-3 days. I had received a FREE beverage coupon---and other decent food discounts (BOGO hoagies, appetizers, etc)---from GetGo. Nice job, GE. Maybe because this location had just opened days before my first stop, we didn't care for the 4 or 5 food items, but by now those expected kinks may have ironed themselves out, so give it a try for something quick to eat after gassing up. But that SMOOTHIE? GetGoGotMeFromTheGetGo (I'm shamless)---I've had probably 9 in the past 3 months. Check the GE GetGo site for other locations serving made-to-order beverages, and use your GE card when purchasing. The 5th or 6th beverage is FREE. And get whipped cream on top ! This place kept my husband and I from getting stranded. Hubby and I drove in from Pitt to Clev to catch a flight and ended up arriving on fumes. Well when we returned at 1am there was no gas station in sight that was open. We drove to about 3 gas stations and all were closed. Fortunately, the GetGos tend to be awesome and stay open late (but I called just to make sure). The drive there was slow and we coasted for a while in hopes to make it, which we did!!. Now, I am not familiar with Cleveland and surrounding areas but this gas station was in a pretty decent area and really loved the fact that there was a cop to ensure patron safety. Customer service was cordial and had a great selection of energy drinks to take on the road for a 2 hr drive in the wee hours of the night. read more

Typically your typical Get Go. Place is usually clean, pump areas maintained, staff usually good. However, now that this has happened more than once, I will relay the following: when a register is closed, and they decide to open it up, they are really bad at recognizing the poor fools in the first line. In other words, they open up without calling folks from the original line first. Ugh. Just a bad experience every time. Also, if your vacuum doesn't work, you will apparently have to carefully explain that you would like a refund. My John Candy cashier from Vacation's Wally World had to be prompted. I explained that I had inserted my quarters per the vacuum instructions, and his response was "Oh golly". After a few beats with no register drawer opening, I asked if I might get my quarters back. Sigh. Perhaps he gets commission on extra revenue brought in on broken vacuums? read more

When you think of excellent customer service one doesn't generally think of a gas station employee. I didnt catch her name because she is so busy but if you have been to this location in the morning you know the girl who runs the cash registers up front. She is just on the ball. Smiling. Thanking everyone for coming even if they didnt buy anything. Then while a card is going through she calls who was next in line to the next register and is just a phenomenal multitasker. This woman needs help for sure but she is just amazing! read more

Do not get gas at GetGo gas stations any longer!!!!!!!! I got 21.00 dollars worth of gas today. I checked my bank account and they took the 21.00 AND 99.00 from my account. I called my bank and my bank said : GetGo gas stations all do that, they say it is your bank, but it is not!!!! It will take a day or two to return to your account. Why in GOD'S name do they do that!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you are on a tight income, your screwed. Pay for it in cash if you have to get gas there. I will no longer get gas at any of these gas stations. When I found out that Get Go was moving in, and that it had hours until the wee morning, I probably could have wee'd myself. It is like having a full grocery store right down the street. It's got gas, but that's not what is important. What is important is that they have f'real milkshakes. These are amazing. You need to try one. Anytime when you want a milkshake stop by, especially if you don't want to make the time investment of going to Friendly's right down the street. You go Get Go. read more

If you shop at Giant Eagle, you can earn money off your gas at GetGo! I had $1.00 off per gallon on my last trip, and drove a couple miles out of the way for this gas station. My GPS wanted to take me 5 miles past here (possibly to another location?) but I stopped anyway due to the signage on the road. Quick, easy and no frills to get gas! The pricing is competitive with the other gas stations on the road. With my discount, I loved paying only $0.99 per gallon :) read more
