I finally stopped in during the week. Gas: The gas prices are average. Labeling of prices and gas types was unclear to me. The gas prices aren't right above the gas types. It's not the layout I'm used to. Input of zip code after payment was also not clear, wasn't labeled. If I was a frequent visitor at this location, it would become second nature. As a first timer, it took me a few minutes to orient. Service: The services at this gas station include gas and car services. No convenience store is attached to this gas station. Personally, I needed assistance with completing a transaction. One of the employees at the gas station helped me. He was super friendly, and patient, quickly helped me with a smile. I was really impressed with this level of service at the gas station. Kudos on great service! Hours: Hours at this store are limited. Look at their hour prior to visiting. The gas station opens and closes early. The gas station is closed on Sunday. I hope to stop at this gas station in the future for gas! I was most impressed with the service which will keep me coming back!

It is especially conveniently located if you are commuting to the highway from South Euclid or Cleveland Heights. Unfortunately, this Speedway is consistently disappointing. It feels like this gas station severely declined in the last few years. It's just not the experience that you would expect from the Speedway brand. Cleanliness: This location is filthy. Everything inside the store is unkempt - coolers, fridges, coffee machines, and food preparation stands. Specifically, there are thick layers of dust, visible handprints, hand smores, and dirt on their equipment stated above. The outside of the store is also not tidy - garbage scattered on the ground and very dirty pumps. I get the feeling that this gas station did not have a deep clean or any clean in awhile. When I make purchases at this store, I never risk buying anything but packaged beverages. I also wear my own gloves at the pumps. While I understand that this is a high traffic location, it seems somewhat disappointingly abandoned. Gas Prices: Gas prices at this store are usually the same or a few cents less than BP across the street. Pumps malfunction 100% of the time. I always encounter payment issues at the pump with various error codes, and so do other customers (based on observations). I always bring it up to employees in hopes that these issues get fixed. They always state that they know that the pumps do not take payments. The lack of fully working pumps creates a long line at this location. I would recommend avoiding this location if you are in a rush. Customer Service: customer service at this location is just not good. There are no greetings or farewells. I sympathize with employees because they look exhausted and unmotivated. Sometimes the checkout is not even staffed. Safety: The gas station is not well lit at night. Despite being on the main road, it just doesn't feel like the safest place in the city. I get very reluctant to go there in the evening despite loving nightlife. Overall, I would only recommend this gas station if you must get gas on your way past this gas station or desperately need gas. Otherwise, it's not your usual Speedway experience. You always leave this store disappointed in service.

It's not polite to shout at a customer about lettuce on their sandwich when you, the subway employee, were the one who heard incorrectly, or seem inconvenienced when the customer does not know what they've won on a scratch off lottery ticket. . I plan to shop elsewhere for gas and convenience store items in the future. EXPERIENCE: The gas station entrance is not intuitive. While it's accessible from Cedar and Green, the entrance is awkwardly mid-traffic and interferes with the adjacent shopping plaza's flow. The gas pumps are awkwardly located which makes it more challenging to get in and out. Forget about filling up here during rush hour. Also along with navigation issues you'll be dodging potholes. At night the navigation becomes more complex, the gas station is not well lit. I have been inside the Uni Mart maybe twice over the years. The inventory is limited. PRICES: There are three different gas stations at this intersection, all of questionable quality. Their prices are similar and in line with prices around the city. I have to say that I never had an issue at this BP with invalid pricing. Other gas stations in this area sometimes charged me for more expensive gas. That's pretty much the only reason I sometimes stop by. I only have a preference for this gas station when I drive by on my way to do errands. I wouldn't go out of my way to come to any gas station at this intersection due to safety and quality. The main reason I avoid this gas station as a woman is because it just simply feels unsafe and sketchy at night despite being centrally located. I hope that the experience here improves long-term.
