BP/Uni Mart duo is centrally located at the intersection of Cedar and Green roads. It's one of my least favorite local gas stations. To be honest I dread every single visit.
EXPERIENCE: The gas station entrance is not intuitive. While it's accessible from Cedar and Green, the entrance is awkwardly mid-traffic and interferes with the adjacent shopping plaza's flow. The gas pumps are awkwardly located which makes it more challenging to get in and out. Forget about filling up here during rush hour. Also along with navigation issues you'll be dodging potholes.
At night the navigation becomes more complex, the gas station is not well lit. I have been inside the Uni Mart maybe twice over the years. The inventory is limited.
PRICES: There are three different gas stations at this intersection, all of questionable quality. Their prices are similar and in line with prices around the city. I have to say that I never had an issue at this BP with invalid pricing. Other gas stations in this area sometimes charged me for more expensive gas. That's pretty much the only reason I sometimes stop by.
I only have a preference for this gas station when I drive by on my way to do errands. I wouldn't go out of my way to come to any gas station at this intersection due to safety and quality. The main reason I avoid this gas station as a woman is because it just simply feels unsafe and sketchy at night despite being centrally located. I hope that the experience here improves long-term. read more
