I stopped at my first ever Ohio location on Friday while driving from Buffalo to Chicago in need of a fast dinner. This location was super clean and and the staff were all pretty friendly. I ended up ordering some of the chicken wings and the special chicken tender sub that he macaroni and cheese on it, yes, you heard me right. My warning for the wings is to not order them if you are in a hurry, they do take roughly 9 minutes to make which I learned the hard way (can't blame them, they tell you right away). The chicken/macaroni sandwich was delicious and way better then you should be getting or even expecting. The wings were top notch as well, lightly breaded, fried, and packing a bit of crunch. Overall, this place is the top of the line when it comes to gas stations and the perfect place to stop if you are in a hurry and want some super tasty food, give them a try!

This gas station is convenient as it's on the very corner of Prospect & Sprague. I will say that…read moreit's a little dangerous trying to get back onto the road. You have traffic coming from Middleburg and Strongsville as well as down Sprague. They do have many of your emergency essentials within the establishment. I will say though that gas is usually a little higher here. The second thing I would note is after pumping gas it has always stated "see clerk inside for receipt". When it's freezing cold and you have finished, all you want to do is get into your car and go. Especially when you want to make it to work on time. I guess "Who needs a receipt anyway"? I would say that business people do that need to submit expense reports. All in all I say "Don't sweat the small stuff, it's all small stuff"! I had a Mercedes sprinter they were supposed to replace the glow plugs and find where I had a boost…read moreleak. A smoke test showed a bad EGR valve, I had already ordered a metal replacement incase so it were ready and available. Upon waiting to pickup my van, they never called me. So after a few days seeing my car parked on the side street I called to inquire. They informed me they snapped a glow plug off in the head. When I asked what was going to be done, they insisted my 2004 sprinter with 36k miles would be rusted out by the time it needed replaced again and not to worry. Frustrated, I left to think about how to deal with this. 6 miles down the road my EGR valve blew the bottom clamp off, which required me to fix it myself. Later a glow plug shot out of my motor leaving me broken down on the side of the highway. Their incompetence to torque anything down to spec has left me stranded, and looked for a competent mechanic worthy of replacing the head after they damaged it. They want to part in helping to rectify the damage they caused. But don't worry, one of the guys there will tell you he's qualified because he's been building race bikes for 30 years, it would be great if that knowledge translated to Cars but apparently that's not the case at The Gas Station.
