We had the best "customer service experience" today. We ordered party trays in advance, and picked them up this morning. They were absolutely beautiful. They came exactly as ordered and they did not skimp on the meats. Fresh and delicious. They packed silverware, napkins and lots of condiments. The two women, Jillian and Debbie were very friendly and attentive. They asked that we come back anytime. They helped take my order to the car. Now, how often do you experience anything like that ? Stopped for gas, restrooms were clean and well stocked. Trash outside was empty. Store seemed nice.

I rarely don't give a five star review but the man is right. It's super slow. But my subs have been delicious! Really good! But.... It was slow. Yeah, and you have no idea when it will be ready cause you order it on a monitor and then take the receipt to the cash register. And then you're sorta like, standing by the bananas... But then people think it's a line and they stand by you and it's like no... maybe I'll stand by the coffee. And it's like... Yeah... I don't belong here! Why am I here! Oh yeah my sub.... But there seem to be many employees! That man is wearing a hair net and he doesn't even have hair! I wonder if I ordered too many topping and it was confusing! That man just stole crackers. Well, I did not expect such a horrible visit to this brand new Getgo tonight, after all good visits leading up to this one. This store needs much better and customer service oriented late night staff if its gonna compete with Sheetz across the street. And I am not the only one, many before me I am sure had the same issue but I will speak just to mine. I really did not intend to go in and even more I did not intend to order prepared food but then I just had a craving that I could not hold back. So, at 10:35pm I order two hot dogs and mottzarella sticks, healthy stuff. :) I checked out and then had to wait 35 minutes for my food to be ready. I should dog sat down and ordered a drink. The service was absolutely horrible. Never would of guessed this with previous visits. The people before were waiting similar lengths for there food and orders getting messed up etc. Plus they were calling out order numbers or checking receipts. A lady even requested a refund and left before her order was ready. So ince mine was ready, 35 minutes after I ordered, I was handled Motz sticks with minimal appreciation for having to wait for so long and no over of a gift card or refund. Plus I was still missing my hot dogs. Turns out they had been ready for who knows how long and were just sitting on the counter un-claimed. I had to risk about them because otherwise I would of walked out without them. Changes must be made for the late night shift if this store will stay afloat. What happened tonight is inexcusable for a store amongst 3 or 4 others stores on the same intersection. God help them! read more

Love these - they have a lot of stuff for a gas station, really good craft beer selection, surprisingly. Can't say anything about the prepared food, but for snacks/drinks, they have quite a lot of options. read more

ya that's right I rated a 1 and I know the problem iam about to tell you is not the empolyees fault,but what is,is the way they handle it. so on Friday nite 11/25/16 about 930 I get off work near by I have .70 off a gl on gas it is a 1.92 a gl. I decide to fill the tank up for the week and it wont cost me allot. get ready to pump I notice allot of people standing around at the pumps and some guy running back and forth more people coming in going up to pumps. as iam putting my ge card in to get my discount I hear a lady say the pump not working is yours I said I haven't try it yet,then I find out mine isn't either. first all they new all the pumps were down they had three workers inside someone should of came out and put out of orders signs on more people were pulling up and not aware what was going on..so now the machine took your discount fuel perks but you cant pump if you hang up the handle you loose the fuel perks without getting gas JUST GREAT!! go into store two people are bitching cause the guy just told them you wont get them back then said oh it will be credit next week ya when the gas prices go up really!!!! all three employees running around not sure what to do and people still driving in. they kept say don't hang your pump up or your loose your point REALLY!!! and you don't know when the pumps are coming back on?. they should of went out there and put signs on all the pumps right away. then they tells us we can hang up our pumps and you will only get credit as long as you didn't start pumping.umm hello even if you did like some guy did and only pump .70 should not loose there points the guy said that is the way it works.i am really upset the way this was handled EVERYBODY SHOULD GET THERE POINTS RESTORED AND NOW THE PRICES WENT UP IAM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE WAY THIS WAS HANDLE YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS OR ANY THING.SO NOW I HAVE TO GO GET GAS ELSE WHERE I HOPE I GET MY POINTS BACK.
