This store has gone down tubes in the last month. New management, new employees stores.Filthy parking lot is always full of trash.Garbage cans overflowing 24/7. Most time, no food options bathrooms are always dirty and they're not friendly.Not sure what happened or what's going on?But The company I work for which employs about 50 drivers. Don't come here anymore because of it.. I've tried calling the corporate office.On five different occasions and have never gotten a call back , so it's apparent to me that the corporate office has the same demeanor as the people running the stores , they don't care , I would not go to this store read more

How can you be the closest gas station to the Hopkins airport car rental return and have all your stations down, with not a sign on one!!!

This BP is fairly new - it's located fairly close to the Rental Car facility at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport - and therefore is a convenient pit stop to refuel one's rental vehicle before returning it one's rental car provider. Stopped in, paid at the pump with a credit card, and refueled. Easy peasy. There is also a convenience store attached to this BP location - a Circle K. read more

Misleading price shown on the board is with a car wash. Actual price is about $0.30 per gallon higher than everywhere else. Pumps were very slow and pump handle colors were not consistent with what I've seen everywhere else (green for gas instead of diesel and black for diesel instead of gas). read more

I pumped gas and ran into the gas station. I never knew it was a problem doing so. The worker came up to me asking in a rude way how long I was going to leave it unattended? 22 years of me driving, I never heard such a thing. Gas station close to the Cleveland Airport and the rental car return. Not too expensive.

This has got to be one of the best airport gas stations I have ever visited. If you have a rental car, this place is literally right before you make the turn into onto the road that leads to the returns area. Absolute no brainier to fill up here! The bathrooms inside were spotless, the convenience store inside was well designed, and everyone had a smile on their face. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped in to use the bathroom and purchased a can of Red Bull and a bag of peanuts using my PayPal debit card. I did not get a receipt and later after checking my PayPal account, I was charged $104.70 for a Red Bull and a bag of peanuts! I could not believe it. I called the manager who told me they had no record of the transaction because there was no receipt. All BS when the transaction on PayPal shows their transaction code! When I put that code in Google it pulls up that gas station and store. I filed a dispute with PayPal who will give my money back but how dishonest to say there is no record of the transaction!!! Will never do business there again!!!! read more

This a BP/Circle K is top rate ! Friendly service and store was clean,a large variety of things to choose from and fuel prices where comparable even gives you the opportunity to get a car wash with discounted fuel price! Would recommend this store to everyone! read more
