He told me that the manager would have to get it for me and he took my name and number and said the manager would call me the next morning. I got no call. I went back in the store that afternoon but again the manager was gone. I asked the clerk to call the manager which he did and then he told me that the manager said to come back next week. That is unacceptable. Horrible customer service. So I asked for the number to their corporate office so that I could file a complaint. I called and was given a claim number and told that someone would contact me. After a little over a month, when I hadn't heard from anyone. I called back and was forwarded to a "specialist" who acted like he had no idea who I was or why I was bothering him. When I told him who i was and what I was calling about he said "I KNOW" and told me a letter of resolution had been sent out. I got the letter 2 days later and it basically said that they think i made the whole thing up. I guess they must be hurting for money since they have to steal from their customers. DO NOT GO TO SPEEDWAY. NONE OF THEM HAVE A MANAGER THERE AFTER 3:00 (MUST BE NICE). SHEETZ HAS FOOD 24/7, SPEEDWAY CLOSES THEIR KITCHEN AT LIKE 10:00. IF THEIR LOTTERY MACHINE JAMS, THEY HAVE A MANAGER THERE WHO WILL OPEN IT AND GET YOU YOUR TICKET. MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO SPEEDWAY.
