It's hard to get into if you have to turn left across Chilicothe, and if you want to turn left when leaving, goooooood luck... They are perpetually out of lids for large beverages. That's really frustrating. As in, at no time in the past 6 months when I have gone in have they had a kid for a large drink. I just use a slushee lid. The store is not as clean as most 7-Elevens, but it's fine. The employees are generally very helpful.

This BP is 5 stars all the way for me, and I'll explain why. It may not be 5 stars to you for two…read morereasons: first, gas is usually more expensive than surrounding stations, and second, it could probably use a remodel (although to me that is part of its charm). This BP has the friendliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. They are all really great. Also, BP Chagrin is open 24/7/365 (366 in a leap year). If you are making pancakes at 4 AM and realize you are out of milk, they are there for you. If you need batteries or bread on Christmas Day, they are there for you. They also sell diesel, kerosene, propane tanks, and ice. They are also active in the community. They are always allowing local groups to use there space and water for fundraising car washes etc. Thank you Chagrin BP, for always being there.

The sell lottery tickers here. Which is good to know when the power ball reaches a massive amount. Staff: Not much to say on them. They cash me out. Normally I don't interact with them because I pay at the pump. Clientele: Could be anyone. We all get gas once in a while :) Final thoughts: I'm pretty indifferent. I don't know his name, but he is always there greeting customers. I would say this gas station is a little nostalgic. They do have automated pay at the pumps, but you could always get full service. My kids don't even know that is! There is no giant convenient store or fancy anything. You could get a soda if your thirsty. It's never busy and I never have to wait for a pump. 5 stars for that!
