It makes no sense to me because the gas is the same price. Anyway, the gas is good... No problems with that. There is a 7/eleven inside of this gas station. It is convenient if you need to grab a soda, coffee, lotto ticket, or a snack. Since this place isn't so busy, I never wait in line or even for a pump. So as I stated, thanks goodness for BP. They keep me going and save me time!

A few things to note about this location: -It has free air. -The staff is friendly, and has been the same staff for years. That should tell you that they care abut their jobs. -there is a large assortment of fountain drinks, and they have caffeine free diet cola. That's a rarity. - there is NOT a made to order grill/sandwich counter. Boooooooo. -there is NOT a car wash. -there are plenty of pumps, and rarely a wait. But this location is easy to get into and out of, with a friendly staff and great selection of items.

This BP has the friendliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. They are all really great. Also, BP Chagrin is open 24/7/365 (366 in a leap year). If you are making pancakes at 4 AM and realize you are out of milk, they are there for you. If you need batteries or bread on Christmas Day, they are there for you. They also sell diesel, kerosene, propane tanks, and ice. They are also active in the community. They are always allowing local groups to use there space and water for fundraising car washes etc. Thank you Chagrin BP, for always being there.

The sell lottery tickers here. Which is good to know when the power ball reaches a massive amount. Staff: Not much to say on them. They cash me out. Normally I don't interact with them because I pay at the pump. Clientele: Could be anyone. We all get gas once in a while :) Final thoughts: I'm pretty indifferent. I don't know his name, but he is always there greeting customers. I would say this gas station is a little nostalgic. They do have automated pay at the pumps, but you could always get full service.
