That should tell you that they care abut their jobs. -there is a large assortment of fountain drinks, and they have caffeine free diet cola. That's a rarity. - there is NOT a made to order grill/sandwich counter. Boooooooo. -there is NOT a car wash. -there are plenty of pumps, and rarely a wait. But this location is easy to get into and out of, with a friendly staff and great selection of items.

This BP has the friendliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. They are all really great. Also, BP Chagrin is open 24/7/365 (366 in a leap year). If you are making pancakes at 4 AM and realize you are out of milk, they are there for you. If you need batteries or bread on Christmas Day, they are there for you. They also sell diesel, kerosene, propane tanks, and ice. They are also active in the community. They are always allowing local groups to use there space and water for fundraising car washes etc. Thank you Chagrin BP, for always being there.

I don't know his name, but he is always there greeting customers. I would say this gas station is a little nostalgic. They do have automated pay at the pumps, but you could always get full service.
