In fact, he is just standing there doing nothing. Just looking. I am certain this is not the store policy. I have never experienced this at any other time with other night shift workers. I think he is making his own rules and driving customers away. Thumbs down for this Shell station.

You have traffic coming from Middleburg and Strongsville as well as down Sprague. They do have many of your emergency essentials within the establishment. I will say though that gas is usually a little higher here. The second thing I would note is after pumping gas it has always stated "see clerk inside for receipt". When it's freezing cold and you have finished, all you want to do is get into your car and go. Especially when you want to make it to work on time. I guess "Who needs a receipt anyway"? I would say that business people do that need to submit expense reports. All in all I say "Don't sweat the small stuff, it's all small stuff"! The times that I have gone in to purchase something they've been good. Appreciate that they're open for our convenience.

Because it's super smart to smoke ten feet away from gas pumps. Hopefully you aren't thirsty while you are there and if you are, then I hope you like sugar or diet soda because diet soda is the only thing that does not contain sugar besides water in their store. No diet tea, Powerade zero, nothing "diet" besides three choices of soda. They have hot tea, which is super generic tea brands like Bigalow, (If you drink tea you will understand what a joke that is.) Their car wash is also awful. There is no way to leave the car wash if you need to without going through, and a lot of times it is out of service if it is really cold, when most cars need to be washed the most to remove the snow and ice build up. Go three minutes up Bagley to the Berea Laserwash and pay the extra 2 dollars. People will also start to come into the car wash before the end of your cycle so you will not be able to dry your car if you are actually able to wash your car. The speedway across the street is slightly better, but it is much harder to get in and out of if you are turning onto Bagley from Columbia. This BP also doesn't have a manager. No really, their "Manager" is a 19 year who always looks stoned that has a key to lock the door. There is no GM or even an AM so hopefully you don't have a problem if you are brave enough to stop at this sad excuse for a BP.
