!WARNING! I got black listed from all Uhaul's because of this location! Do not go here!…read more They don't care to even hear my complaint! So here it for all the world to see... I moved here from the south with all Uhaul equipment (biggest truck and trailer you can rent), when I dropped off trailer at this location (through the app on a Sunday afternoon) a random lady with a cigarette and a small child walked up to me as I was leaving and told me to move it to the other side of the parking lot up on the hill. Needless to say, after spending all morning unloading in the heat I was not happy, nor did I know, who or where this lady and child came from. I proceeded to leave and she told me she would charge me if I did not move it. So after I had already unhitched the trailer and took pics for the return on the uhaul app, and knowing I really didn't have to move it, and that there was no reason to charge me for anything, I decided to tell her to put the cigarette out around the kid and myself (a non smoker), and I'd move it FOR HER! She put a fuss and then threw her cigarette on the ground. So I moved it where she said. As I was moving the trailer exactly where she wanted it, my wife pulled in the parking lot to see what was taking me so long. I told her to wait while I moved the trailer. After unhooking the trailer I looked up. I saw the woman was at my wife's passenger side window looking like she was yelling at my wife! That is when I freaked out. My thoughts were, You do not have the the right to go after my wife and children (children were inside car with my wife) because your mad at me. I walked toward the lady and my wife's car yelling at her to get away from my family. She then threatened to call the police and I called her some nasty names and left. The trailer was where she wanted it and she got to have her cigarette. That's it! I tried to rent another uhaul from a different location a week later and when I went to pick it up they said they couldn't help me and I had to call customer service. That's when I found out I was blacklisted. I asked to talk to a manager and they said the manager would not talk to me. Wow! Do not rent from here!!!!!! And don't return any of your uhauls here either! You may get blacklisted for life! I have plenty of normal/typical/obvious customer feedback suggestions for this uhaul facility if they so desire to contact me.

I frequent this gas station when visiting relatives on the West Side. The highlights: - This gas station is very spacious. You can easily navigate between the pumps and around the parking lot. - This gas station has multiple entrances and exists making it very easy to enter when getting off the highway. - The exterior and interior are always clean. It's a much better experience than BP across the street. - Gas prices are always reasonable. - Checkout is always expeditious especially because there is self-checkout. - The inventory is quite extensive - lots of beer choices, snacks, and everything in between. -The cafe serves up tasty and fresh foods. -Employees are always pretty friendly and efficient Whether you're traveling long distance or just in the neighborhood, this gas station is an easy stop.
