I have had a few interactions with this business and the service from the manager is always great. Today they checked out a tire that was going low that we had installed by them two years ago. They checked it all out and couldn't find an issue but replaced the valve stem and as a concession didn't charge us. I believe it fixed it. Very impressed with the service and honesty of this place. Not the most knowledgeable. Not dependable when I scheduled my appointment for new tires several weeks in advance only to be told the day before that my tires were not in and they were unable to get them in time for my appointment. Had to change the time and wait around for the delivery. When I arrived they told me things about the tires that I felt they should have shared ahead of time, not when I am already there. When I called in whomever picked up said "sup", when I didn't know how to respond I just said "uh.. hello?" This voice followed up with "ya gunna tell me what you want?" That's when I inquired about an alignment, he said "...yeah?" Then I asked "oh can you bleed my brakes" That's when he said "no no no" and I said "you can't do an alignment? Or a break bleed?" For a single female it is so great to find a group that doesn't try to take advantage of you. These guys go the extra mile to ensure you understand what they plan to do. I once had another repair shop quote me $600 worth of repairs they said I needed..especially brakes. I took it into Tire Source, for a review of the suggested repairs, they checked it out and said my brakes were perfectly good. I drove that car, with the same brakes for another 5 years. I came in town for Xmas with my family. While there I got 4 new tires, balance and alignment from Tire Source. I chose them because they were very nice and courteous on the phone and also recommended good tires for the car. However, the niceties stop there because there were problems from the moment I took the car home, there were issues. The tires were clearly not balanced and the alignment was way off. I called and brought the car back. When I picked it up a second time, they said they repaired both the balance and alignment as both were indeed off. I drove it home (again) and both the alignment and balance were off! I called from the car and told them. They essentially indicated that nothing was wrong according to their reports. So I took it into North Gateway and low and behold both items were indeed off. They fixed the balance (it was the end of the day and didn't have time to the alignment) and the car ran 100% better. I'm really glad I didn't listen to Tire Source and leave it be. They were going to let me drive 500 miles back to my house after Xmas and ruin the $800 worth of tires I just had them put on, not to mention other possible damage to the car. I would never recommend Tire Source to anyone in Medina. Do yourself a favor and go to North Gateway and have it done right the first time. read more

I never had to wait longer than I thought necessary for the work to be done. As usual, I received excellent service from the professionals at Tire Source! I was at the Hyundai dealership in Brunswick (Crestmont) getting some recalls fixed on my car. The service person tells me that I need my brakes cleaned up and my tires balanced for $160. I said wait a minute, I have to call my Tire Source guys. David, at Tire Source tells me he can save me almost $50 on similar services. So I tell Hyundai I'm going to Tire Source in Medina. Tire Source got me right in. Mike, at Tire Source, actually showed me my brake drums and how they needed to be lubed- no more than a 10$ job... They balanced my tires for 40$. So my cost was reduced from $160 (Hyundai) to $42. The people at Tire Source have come through for me before; I got a flat tire and was heading out of town with my dog, and it was bitter cold out. They took me right away and let me hold my little dog in my lap in the waiting room. I completely count on the people who work at Tire Source to be friendly honest, fair priced and to do expert work.
