I am a Disabled Veteran living on a fixed monthly income from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and sometimes it can be very difficult to make ends meet. I had already dealt with a flat tire just two days ago, and today I unexpectedly found myself with another flat tire. I explained my situation to the manager and let him know that my funds were very limited. Instead of simply turning me away or treating me like just another customer, the manager listened and showed genuine compassion. He was able to help me with a discount so that I could afford a tire, get safely back on the road, and make it home. That act of kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes. When you're already struggling financially, an unexpected car repair can feel overwhelming. Having someone willing to work with you and show a little humanity makes a tremendous difference. Thank you to the manager and the team at NTB in Streetsboro for helping this Veteran when I truly needed it. The cataletic converter so i call him he twlls me bring it in i do he runs the codes himself tells me has nothing to do with what he did and it would cost me 300$ each to do the o2 sensors by this time im mad i go home and call corporate to file a complaint they have no record of me being serviced no paper trail they said no work order was entered so we involve the district manager by this time ive realized ive been conned gary pocketed my money and didnt fix my car dm said he watch cams said did not see me pay cash interesting im a fat woman and i paid cash and counted it out at the register the. He says first his dude said id never been there then that i came in got a quote brought car wasnt what i needed so he told me i needed something else and refused said only 2 calls recorded i have ss of 4 including the one where he called me to pick up my car so now my cars in worse shape then it was and it Aputtera whe.
