It all started out great! Very clean customer area, very polite staff at the desk…read more I ordered tires through Goodyear.com and had them delivered here to be installed. I figured, if Goodyear is trusting this shop to be an installer, why not give it a try. Tires were put-on in no-time, had a brief chat with the manager, very nice guy. But then I drove the vehicle on the highway, it appeared that there's shaking going-on. So I took it back. After I dropped it off, they called me to say that there's nothing wrong with it. That it must be the brakes. I'm certain that when I'm driving on the highway at 70 mph, my brake pads are not making contact with the disk. When I shared my disagreement, it was like I stepped on their ego and next thing I know, every sentence started with "just so you know".....talk about gaslight central! Luckily, they extended a courtesy reimbursement for me to take my tires to another shop and reimburse me for the tire balance, which I did. Wouldn't you know it, they were able to fix the issue! After visiting 3rd time this month, I do see a vast difference between the shop and the customer area. NOBODY had safety glasses, some guys had their shirts un-tucked around machinery, one guy had headphones on replying to text messages while under a vehicle. They treat their customers well, just not their vehicles. Great customer service, not my car-shop.

I authorized $1,600 in work described as safety-related, then got a second opinion and was told some of the recommended repairs were not even needed at that time. Very disappointed with my experience…read more I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The oil was changed and the tires were rotated, but shortly afterward the right front started shaking badly while driving. I took the car back and was told that one of the wheel studs was bad. I was charged to have the stud replaced, but the shaking was still there. I returned again and was told the tires were balanced. After that, the car still shook. At that point I took the vehicle to another repair shop on Massillon Road in Springfield. They inspected the tire and discovered that there was water inside it. What I don't understand is how this wasn't discovered here. The problem started immediately after the tires were rotated, I brought the car back more than once specifically because of the shaking, and the tires were supposedly balanced. I would think that during a proper inspection and balancing of that wheel, something this unusual should have raised a red flag. Instead, I paid for another repair, made multiple trips back, and still left with the exact problem I came back to have corrected. Another shop was ultimately able to find the issue. Based on my experience, I have very little confidence in the tire work or troubleshooting that was done here.

I recently purchased a set of Michelin defenders from this store and had them mounted and balanced…read more At that time I am sure I was told that the rotation and balance would be free for the life of the tires but maybe the guy only said rotation and I assumed it would include the balance because only an idiot would rotate tires without balancing them. Last week I went in to get a rotation and balance because there was a little vibration. They told me that only the rotation was free and I would have to pay $15 per tire to balance them..so $60. I was angry and walked out of the shop without discussing it further. In the parking lot I looked up the price at discount tire and found the rotation and balance would cost exactly the same. Yesterday I went there and had the job done. The charge was zero. They asked me to buy my next tires from them. I keep five vehicles on the road and only buy Michelin defenders. I'll be buying the next set from discount tire in Macedonia. I'd say this is a marketing error that could cost them several lost customers. They can keep their $60 worth of servicing.
