This is a long review but I advise you to read it before going here…read more If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had brought my 2011 BMW 335i there for a problem with the engine stalling, and that was the only thing; that I wanted fixed. They had called me about 3-4 days after I dropped it off, saying it had issues with the brakes, that were new but the service light was never reset. They kept trying to tell me that they needed to be replaced but I refused service, which, telling me doesn't seem very honest. But that's not the point of my review. My car had a problem with the fuel rail pressure sensor, and I told them that was the only thing I wanted to be replaced as it was the only thing making my engine stall, they still did over 4k worth of work, after I had told them only to do one thing. Then after I had picked my car up from them when it was "ready to go" the engine blew. I made it 5 minutes down the road before the engine went after the service. This is the confusing part. They had told me there was metal in the engine oil when I left the shop with my car. BUT when I originally dropped it off and they took the oil pan off there was no metal in the oil. They didn't seem to care whatsoever that my engine had gone after they worked on it. They basically said it's not our fault, and go F yourself. Explain how metal ended up in the engine after service, doesn't make any sense whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE!! Thanks, Galati I am now left with no car because of you. UPDATE: After returning my car to carvana, they had pulled the engine apart and determined that the engine oil hadn't been primed before starting the engine. I cannot even fathom the fact this business had told me it was not their fault, when in fact, their unprofessional; supposed ASE certified mechanics could not perform the correct procedure to make sure my engine did not fail. This is completely outrageous, and unexceptable. Do better galati, train your mechanics better, you are advertised as foreign car repair, and if you don't know how to work on them properly, then maybe it's time to stop. This is completely unfair to myself and even carvana. As i said before, do not go here. They charge dealership prices so it would save time just to go to the dealer.

I dropped my 2011 Ford Fusion off there because I heard clicking when I turned the wheel. Turned out I needed new CV joints. The fellas replaced them in less than 24 hours for exactly the price they quoted. I even asked them to eyeball the brakes and tires, and they told me I was at 40% on the brakes and was good on tires for a while too. That is an opportunity to get your customers back by building trust. I'll be back to Mickey's next time I need work done on my car.
