My wife and I were postponing buying a new car because of aggressive sales people and dealing with the hassle of visiting dealerships, and walking around car lots etc, etc. A friend of mine who is a car/motor head, told me about guy on YouTube who buys , repairs cars then sells them. We looked Melnik's Automotive web site and saw a number of cars for sale with low mileage, newer models that also look good. We called and spoke with Natalie and arrange to test drive the ACURA MBX we were interested in.Two day later, we arranged with Natalie to have the SUV be inspected by our mechanic. Our Mechanic told us if he was in the market it buy a new car, he would buy it that day. It was perfect and he could not find anything wrong. We bought a ACURA MDX 2024 with 9317 miles and it looks BRAND New! We purchased the ACURA MBX .Natalie completed all the paperwork ,efficiently and seamlessly. My wife and I enjoyed her professionalism! This was the most pleasant and easiest experience we ever had in buying a car. BTY . THe Acura MDX is a true gem. The ride is so smooth and not noisy. I've recently started experiencing gear slippage and sluggish acceleration in my 2020 Ford Transit…read moreConnect. After researching the issue, I found countless reports from other owners describing transmission failures occurring between 60,000 and 100,000 miles on this model. That sounds like it should considered a recall. I reached out to my local Ford dealership to ask about financial assistance through Ford's "Goodwill Assistance" program. My vehicle meets the program's general eligibility criteria--it's under 100,000 miles and less than seven years old. However, I was quoted $9,492.50 for the repair. Without any financial assistance, a repair of that cost is simply out of reach for many people with a median income. At just 94,000 miles and six years old, I never expected to be without a working vehicle due to a major transmission failure. It's incredibly disappointing, especially after learning how many other owners have experienced similar problems. Because of this experience, I've made the decision that my next vehicle will not be a Ford. That decision isn't one I make lightly. I grew up in a Ford family. I've owned and driven Ford vehicles my entire life because I trusted the brand and believed in the quality of its products. I had genuine brand loyalty. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my confidence in Ford.

I told the salesman that I had changed my mind and wanted my deposit back. He also tried to highball me on the price initially. After some usual 'I have to check with the manager BS, they did give me my deposit back. I won't be going back to the dealership for anything.

My issues began when a technician forgot to reinstall the under-car shield after an oil change, forcing me to return and miss an appointment I had right after my oil change. The service manager, Alex, offered a free oil change for the trouble after I asked to speak with him, but when I returned for my next visit, they did not honor it. During that same visit, my car was with them for over 5 hours just for them to tell me a thermostat I needed for a check engine light was backordered for months, which didn't fix the problem and left me wondering what took them 5 hours. To make matters worse, I sat in the waiting area for an hour watching what I thought was my car parked outside before anyone told me it was ready, further adding to my frustration once I realized it was my car. After being told for almost three months the part was still unavailable, I called another local Mazda dealer who had the part in stock and fixed it the next day under warranty. Between the poor communication and the lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this service department. While my primary issues are with Service, my experience with Sales (specifically Nick) was equally disappointing. After expressing interest in a vehicle, I received no follow-up, further cementing my decision to move on from this location. I do want to highlight that Jaz and Corey have consistently been professional, friendly, and efficient. They are clearly assets to the team, and I appreciated their help despite the systemic issues within the department.
