Danielle liked her pickle-chicken sandwich and seemed disappointed that i don't want to go back, so i'll probably have to relent at some point and just get French Toast and go into diabetic shock. oooohh, i forgot. i also ordered a cup of the corn chowder (soup of the day). it wasn't great and corn was the least plentiful ingredient in it. i'd call it more of a potato and bacon chowder w/ corn casually tossed in.

We came in for lunch on a weekday, soon after they began serving lunch for the day and they were…read moresteady with business. The guy at the register was very helpful with the menu and suggestions. They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. Overall, nice place for lunch.

I'm still giving this a 5 even though it's more like a 4 star…read more First of all, I understand the lack of consistency, considering that two people can't work at the same place at the same time. But whoever is grilling the burgers at the other location is who is keeping me coming back. Other than that, other location is farther from me, it's worth a drive. What I really like about this place is the fresh meat and the disclaimer about the meats and how it's prepare. Well, I didn't like this time around is at the meat lacked seasoning, and the meat did not have that crispy edge or the juiciness in comparison to the other location. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location unless I'm really thirsty for a good burger. If this is your first time at this location, then yes it's delicious. It's one of the best burgers in Cleveland. If you visit the other location first you're definitely gonna be disappointed when you go to this one.

When we placed our order we had to tell the person our order 3 times (news flash, it ended up being wrong still). Then we waited 20 minutes or so which was fine since we had 4 subs. They gave us 3 of our 4 subs. We waited another 10ish minutes to see if it 4th sub was coming. When it didn't, we let them know we were missing a sub. The manager/supervisor and a staff member acknowledged us. So we waited another 15ish minutes and when we realized they were not making our sub, we asked for a refund on the missing sub. The staff member wasn't able to locate the order easily to help us and we were never given a receipt. She said her mom was the store manager and she would make sure we were taken care of. Asked for our name and number. Currently waiting for a call, but will follow-up if we are not contacted. During the time we were there, 3 other people walked out. One of them got there sub for free because no one came to the register to cash him out. Another one walked out because the manager/supervisor was giving him attitude while making his subs. The manager/supervisor kept loudly huffing everytime a new customer walked in. Her and one of the staff members on the grill kept telling customers that is going to take a long time. It seemed like they were trying to scare them off. When we finally got home, one of our 3 subs were completely wrong. I understand working in the service industry is stressful but you need people who know how to manage stress and lead staff accordingly. This was only my second time visiting this store. Not sure if I will go back.
