Derrick at Gordon Electric Supply was extremely adaptable to my concerns for shipping and incredibly personable. I called to ask about shipping expectations and Derrick committed to personally correcting my shipping option to a more expedited one, clearly articulating the price change, assuring me it would get processed the same day, and following through actionably and confidently (including tracking number). Was it a bit expensive? Yes. But that's supply and demand baby! I'm grateful they made it possible at any price, honestly. 10/10 would recommend and will go through them again.

Placing orders With Nicole , Sonia or Rachel is always simple and efficient. When a time is confirmed the truck is always on time with the slump I order. Other companies I've waited for Hours with the answer " it's on the road " when I call and ask. Their quality control is excellent and has been very helpful when we have a larger jobs or special requests from home owners. If ozinga is in the area I'm pouring concrete, I'm using them.

After a lot of research and feedback from other builders in my area I believe there has been inferior product being used recently. A few other builders have told me of homeowners with similar issues. The contractor who poured the concrete told me this looks to be an issue from using too much salt, however, I use the same salt as the rest of my neighbors who have no issues. Ozinga was responsive, but ultimately pushed me back to the contractor in my GC. Concrete doesn't just go bad after 18 months. Really disappointed that this business will not step up and fix the problem.

I purchased a nearly $3,000 Maytag refrigerator from the Tinley Park Menards and also purchased the water line that I was told was required for installation. When the delivery contractor arrived, he told me the Menards water line was not needed and refused to complete the installation unless I purchased another water line directly from him for $20 cash. Feeling I had no choice, I paid him. Later, I discovered the Menards water line I purchased was never installed. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was told by management that if the Menards water line wasn't installed, it could void my refrigerator warranty. The delivery person then claimed he had installed it, even though I was standing in the store with the unused water line I was trying to return. The installer even sent photos to support his claim, but those photos did not show that the water line purchased from Menards had actually been installed. Only after my husband informed the manager that our home's security cameras recorded the entire installation and conversation did the manager acknowledge there had been "confusion." Instead of correcting the problem, I was told I would have to hire and pay another company to complete the installation properly. The Supposed GM at store level stood behind the lie . To make matters worse, this all came after a troubling experience at the Homer Glen Menards while trying to purchase this same refrigerator. As a longtime Menards Contractor Account customer and business owner who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with the company, I expected professionalism, honesty, and accountability. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, the conflicting information, and the refusal to stand behind the installation service I paid for. I have asked Menards' Executive Office to investigate this matter, including the actions of the delivery contractor and the handling of my complaint by store management. I hope no other customer has to go through this experience.
